Safety Precautions: Inspect the item and contents carefully. If
any damage or defect is found, do not install. Retain all packaging
material until installation is complete and approved.
Product Usage Instructions
- Remove all parts from the box.
- Take out the socket ring (A) from the socket (C).
- Place the shade (B) onto the socket (C) and secure it with the
socket ring (A). - Insert a bulb (not included) into the socket.
- Remove the protective plug cover (D) from the plug.
- Plug the lamp into a proper electrical outlet.
- Test the fixture to ensure it is functioning properly.
- The installation is complete.
Care Instructions
Clean the lamp only with a soft dry cloth or feather duster. Do
not use abrasive or chemical agents.
Note: This lamp is UL Listed for use in the United States.

1. Carefully remove all parts from the box. 2. Remove the socket ring (A) from the socket (C). 3. Place shade (B) onto the socket (C) and secure with socket ring (A). 4. Insert bulb (not included) into the socket. 5. Remove protective plug cover (D) from the plug. 6. Plug into a proper electrical outlet and test the fixture. 7. Installation is complete.
