Product Information:
The product is Item#2164-66A, a new fixture that was
manufactured on July 27, 2021. The fixture comes with a mounting
plate (A), ground screw, mounting screws (B), canopy (D), four rods

equivalents, not exceeding 60 watts each. The installation process
involves shutting off the power supply, removing the old fixture,
and installing the new fixture using the provided mounting hardware
and wiring.
Product Usage Instructions:
- Before starting the installation process, shut off the power at
the fuse box or circuit breaker box. - Remove the old fixture and its mounting hardware.
- Unpack the new fixture and lay out all parts in a clean
area. - Secure rod (G) onto all thread (H) on the fixture body.
- Determine the desired hanging height and thread rods (F1, F2,
F3) to the all thread on rod (G). - Attach canopy (D) by screwing onto rod (F1). Carefully pass the
wires through each rod during assembly. Remove all thread if
installing with one 6 rod only. - Attach the mounting plate (A) to the junction box with mounting
screws (B). The side of the mounting plate (A) with GND marked on
it and two convex points must face out. - Connect the electrical wires as shown in fig 2, making sure
that all wire connectors are secured. If your junction box has a
ground wire (green or bare copper), connect the fixture’s ground
wire to it. Otherwise, connect the fixture’s ground wire directly
to the mounting plate (A) using the green screw provided. - Place canopy (D) over mounting plate (A) and secure with screws
(E). - Install four candelabra base bulbs (I) up to 60 watts each or
CFL/LED equivalent (not included) in accordance with the fixture
specification. Do not exceed the maximum wattage rating. - Once installation is complete, turn on the power supply and
test the fixture.
