Usage (Xbox One S/X)
To work on the old version of the Xbox One controller, you need a Microsoft adapter (sold separately). To work on the new version of the Xbox One S/X controller, you can directly connect the E900 headset to the controller via a 3.5mm jack.
Note: The headset isn’t compatible with Xbox 360.

Q: Why can’t I use the microphone?
A: 1. You need to disable the computer’s onboard mic by accessing your sound devices in the hardware section of the control panel. And choose the mic of the headset.
2. Check whether the mute switch on the microphone is on.
Q: What if the microphone is silent?
Al: Please make sure the microphone is not muted.
A2: 1. Wipe off the dirt and reinsert the 3.5 mm interface.
2. Connect the headset directly to the phone to test if it is good.
