A05 Pneumatic Filling Machine
- Brief Introduction
The A03 manual filling machine is specially designed for filling liquid and cream from 20 to350m1. The shell of the machine is durable powder-coated and all the parts insjde are made from 304 # stainless steel and TEFLON,it 15 beneficial for individual factories and those factories of small scale.,laboratory,hospital or beauty parlor in daily use chemical section. - Technical Parsmeters Filling Range:20-350m1 Capacity of the Hopper :30L Gross Weight:30kg Overall Dimension: 40’40’97cm
- Operational Approach for model A03 manual filier To setting up the filling volume : pull the handle(Fig1.23)up at first. then loosen the locking nut(Figl. 25). circumgyrate the measure nut(Figl. 26) CCWtoincrease the filling volume or CW to reduces. Tighten up the locking nut while you get a right volume. Choose a right nozzle for your bottles,try to use a thick and short nozzle if possible. Operational Approach for model A02 pneumatic filler Connect the machine to an air pump by using a co 8mm pipe depresses the pedal switch to work in jog mode, and step on the pedal switch to work automatically. Use speed controller for inlet and outlet(fig22,2.6) to adjust the filling speed. Then adjust the filling volume as same as model A03 manual filler.
Attention : This machine is not fit for filling the materiels concretionray(such as face cream or beef fat etc)or any materiels with grain.

Maintenance
a.Keep the machine body clean in case of erosion to extended service life
b.Please lubricate the abscissa axis (fig1.14), segment gear (fig1.13)and the rack (fig1.11)termly.
c. Please unpick and clean the machine before leave it unused for a long time.
