II. The Main Purpose:
The Up-sliding Pneumatic Heat Press Machine with Double-station
is suitable for fusing low temperature and low pressure lining and
fabrics of various types of clothing. It can also be used to heat
transfer colorful patterns and texts of sublimation and solvent
inks, and for hot stamping on cotton, linen, chemical fiber, and
other fabrics. Additionally, it can be used for heat treatment by
flocking heat transfer and foam printing processes on cotton, hemp,
chemical fiber, nylon fabric, and ceramic products.
III. Operation Steps:
- Connect the compressor connector, open the air pressure, adjust
the pressure gauge (0.4Mpa-0.6Mpa), and raise the heating
plate. - Connect the air switch, turn on the main power switch, and the
indicator light will turn on. - Adjust the required time and temperature, and wait for the
machine to heat up. - After heating, temperature meter OUT1 light off, automatic
flashing (insulation), start the test, clothes flat on the silicone
mat, adjust to manual, press the start switch, flatten the article,
put in the colorful patterns (pay attention to the front and back
of colorful patterns), and then put high-temperature cloth. Press
the start switch, hot stamping will begin. - When the set time is finished, the heating plate will be raised
automatically, and the machine head will be moved to another
working table. - According to the test printing effect, adjust the machine to
the best effect. - After the successful test printing, the transfer switch can be
changed to automatic transmission. After placing the hot stamping
items, as long as the handle is moved to the top of the hot
stamping items, hot stamping will automatically start. In case of
an emergency, press the emergency stop button. At this time, the
upper pressing plate (heating plate) will automatically rise, and
the emergency stop button can be reset to continue hot
stamping.
IV. Repair Items:
- Pressure: if the distance between the four sides of the heating
plate and the four sides of the bottom plate is not uniform, first
use a ruler to measure whether the distance between the four sides
of the heating plate and the four sides of the bottom plate is
consistent. If it is inconsistent, adjust the screw down nut in the
center of the heating plate. - If the pressure is too high or too low (usually 0.4Mpa-0.6Mpa),
adjust the filter. The upper regulating valve is lifted in the +
direction to increase the pressure, – to reduce the pressure, or
check whether the pressure of the air compressor is normal (usually
the pressure of the air compressor is (0.6Mpa0.8Mpa). - Time: when the machine head is in place and there is no
countdown, check the proximity switch, whether the distance is
appropriate, and adjust it to less than 0.197 (5mm). When time is
up, the heating plate does not press down, check the circuit (Solid
state relay).

IV. Repair Items:

If it is inconsistent, the screw “down” nut in the center of the heating plate can be adjusted.
2. If the pressure is too high or too low (usually 0.4Mpa-0.6Mpa), adjust the filter. The upper regulating valve is lifted in the “+” direction to increase the pressure, “-” to reduce the pressure, or check whether the pressure of the air compressor is normal (usually the pressure of the air compressor is (0.6Mpa0.8Mpa).
3. Time: when the machine head is in place and there is no countdown, check the proximity switch, whether the distance is appropriate, and adjust it to less than 0.197″ (5mm). When time is up, the heating plate does not press down, check the circuit (Solid state relay).
4. Temperature: adjust to the set temperature, no temperature rise, no temperature control, check whether the temperature control table, solid state relay, heating plate circuit is in good contact and the fault of electrical components.
