JY-450F Horizontal Flow Packing Machine
Product Information
The JY Series Horizontal Flow Packing Machine is an automatic
wrapping machine designed for packaging confectionery, bakery and
chocolate, non-food, cosmetic and pharmaceutical products, and
more. It is fully electronic and has a modular construction that
allows high levels of flexibility and a wide range of diversified
products to handle. The quality of all JY machines is assured by
high precision with reliable quality.
Safety Notes
- Unauthorized or untrained workers are not allowed to operate
this machine. - Read the manual book carefully before operating this
machine. - Ensure all equipment is installed and tested well before
starting. - Earthing wire is required.

Machine Installation & Power Supply
- The machine should stand on a flat consolidated ground, leaving
more space for operation and maintenance. - Keep the machine far away from chemical, acidic, and explosive
items. - Put the packing machine at the final position and adjust the
height depending on factory requirements. - Install product feeding conveyor belt on packing machine, joint
and tighten it by bolts. - Install conveyor chain, loose hand wheel (left) on the end of
the conveyor; put chain on gear wheel and insert finger pusher into
tunnel.
Panel Board Introduction & Operation
The panel board is used to show and change all parameters,
adjust temperature, and control the packing speed.
- Vertical temp. Controller: adjusts and shows vertical sealer
temp. Temp. Controller Switch: switch on/off for vertical sealing
part - Horizontal Temp. Controller: adjusts and shows horizontal
sealer temp. Temp. Controller Switch: switch on/off for horizontal
sealing part - Touch screen: shows and changes all parameters
- Power indicator: lights up if main power is on
- Start: starts the packing machine; it is the same function as
RUN in the panel. - Stop: stops the machine
- Cycle stop: packaging machine will stop at a special setting
location (sealing jaw angle) - JOG: machine works one time while pressing one time.
- Speed controller: adjusts packing speed in per minute.
Product Usage Instructions
- Read the safety notes and manual book carefully before
operating the machine. - Ensure all equipment is installed and tested well before
starting. - Insert the electricity plug and switch on the main power switch
(use 220V/50-60HZ; 308V is not allowed). For your safety, please
make sure the power is off before connecting cables, and earthing
wire must be installed. - Follow the film drawing and put the film on each roller. Insert
the film into the fin sealing wheel and lock it. - Adjust the bag former width and height depending on different
product size. - Use the panel board to adjust temperature and control the
packing speed. Press start to begin the packing process.
