Product Usage Instructions:

Before working on the compressor or unit:

Ensure the installation has been completed.
In case of inquiries, contact the Department for Application
Technology at Tel. +7022/9454-0, the wholesalers for refrigeration
equipment, or the agencies.

For Compressor types HA/HG 4, HA/HG 5, O4, O5:

These compressors are fitted with plain bearings. Follow the
instructions below:

Install the oil pump unchanged as shown in Figure 1.

For Compressor types FK 26 and FK 24:

These compressors are equipped with roller bearings. Follow the
instructions below:

Seal the roller bearing on the pump side towards the oil pump
using the provided components as shown in Figure 2.
During installation, ensure to use the clamping sleeve (4) as a
locking element for the support ring and bearing seal. Knock the
clamping sleeve into the bore dia. 4mm of the oil pump as far as it
will go. The clamping sleeve should protrude max. 2mm from the oil
pump (see Figure 3).

1. Sicherheitshinweise
· Der Umgang mit Kältemaschinen und deren Teilen darf nur durch Fachpersonal erfolgen.
· Die örtlichen Sicherheitsvorschriften sowie Unfallverhütungsvorschriften, techn. Regeln usw. sind zu beachten.
Vor Beginn jeglicher Arbeiten am Verdichter oder Aggregat:
· Maschine ausschalten und gegen Wiedereinschalten sichern.
· Elektrische Zuleitungen und Motorkabel abklemmen.
· Maschine vom Systemdruck entlasten.
Nach erfolgter Montage:
· Sicherheitsschalter anschließen und Schutzvorrichtungen montieren.
· Verdichter (Anlage) evakuieren.
· Absperrventile öffnen (Saug-, Druck- und Flüssigkeitsventil).
· Elektrische Zuleitung und Motorkabel anschließen.
· Einschaltsperre aufheben.

1. Safety Instructions
· Only skilled personnel are allowed to work on the refrigerant compressors.
· The local safety and accident prevention regulations, as well as the requisite technical rules, must be observed.
Points to be observed before working on the compressor or unit:
· Switch off the machine and safeguard it from being inadvertently switched on again.
· Disconnect the power supply line and motor cable.
· Relieve the machine from the system pressure.
After installation has been completed:
· Connect the safety switch and mount the protective devices.
· Evacuate the compressor (plant).
· Open the shut-off valves (suction, pressure and liquid valve).
· Reconnect the power supply line and motor cable.
· Lift the switch-on safeguard.

1. Notice de sécurité
· Seul du personnel qualifié et spécialisé est autorisé à se servir des machines frigorifiques.
· Les prescriptions de sécurité locales ainsi que celles préventives contre les accidents, le règlement technique etc. seront prises en considération.
Avant de commencer tout travail sur le compresseur ou sur le groupe prière de:
· Débrancher la machine et de s’assurer qu’elle ne peut pas être remise en circuit.
· Déconnecter les conduites électriques et le câble de moteur.
· Décharger la machine de la pression du système.
Une fois que le montage est fait:
· Raccorder le commutateur de sécurité et monter les dispositifs de protection.
· Evacuer le compresseur (l’installation).
· Ouvrir les soupapes d’arrêt (d’aspiration, clapet de refoulement et du liquide).
· Raccorder la conduite électrique et le câble de moteur.
· Eliminer le blocage de démarrage.

These installation instructions describe the main procedure for replacing the compressor oil pump:

Les présentes instructions de montage décrivent les opérations de travail pour le remplacement de la pompe à huile des compresseurs:

3. Montagehinweise
· Verdichter gemäß 1.) Sicherheitshinweise außer Betrieb nehmen.
· Nach Demontage der Ölpumpe, eventuell am Verdichtergehäuse anhaftende Dichtungsreste entfernen.
3.1 HA/HG 4, HA/HG 5, O4, O5
Die Verdichtertypen HA/HG 4, HA/HG 5, O4 und O5 sind mit Gleitlagern ausgerüstet, die Spannhülse – schwer (siehe Pos. 4, Lieferumfang) wird nicht benötigt. Montieren Sie die Ölpumpe unverändert (Bild 1).

3. Installation instructions
· Stop operation of the compressor as per 1.), safety instructions.
· After removing the oil pump, remove any seal remnants adhering to the compressor housing.
3.1 HA/HG 4, HA/HG 5, O4, O5
Compressor types HA/HG 4, HA/HG 5, O4 and O5 are fitted with plain bearings. The heavy duty clamping sleeve (see fig. 4, scope of delivery) is not required. Install oil pump unchanged (fig. 1).

3. Instructions de montage
· Mettre le compresseur hors service conformément à la notice de sécurité 1.).
· Après le démontage de la pompe à huile, éiminer les restes éventuels de joint d’étanchéité adhérant au carter du compresseur.
3.1 HA/HG 4, HA/HG 5, O4, O5
Les types de compresseurs HA/HG 4, HA/HG 5, 04 et 05 sont munis de paliers lisses, on n’a pas besoin de la douille de serrage (voir pos. 4, ampleur de livraison). Monter la pompe à huile sans aucune modification (fig. 1).

3.2 Verdichtertypen FK 26 und FK 24
Die Verdichtertypen FK26 und FK 24 sind mit Wälzlagern ausgerüstet. Das Wälzlager auf der Ölpumpenseite muß mit den Bauteilen
· Stützring · Dichtung Lager
zur Ölpumpe hin abgedichtet werden (Bild 2)

3.2 Compressor types FK 26 and FK 24
The compressor types FK26 and FK 24 are equipped with roller bearings. The roller bearing on the pump side must be sealed towards the oil pump (Fig. 2) using the follwing components:

3.2 Modèles de compresseurs FK 26 et FK 24
Les modèles de compresseurs FK26 et FK24 sont équiqués de roulements. Le roulement se trouvant sur le côté de la pompe à huile doit être étanchéifé par rapport à la pompe à huile (Figure 2) par les pièces suivantes:

Achtung! Bei Montagearbeit nicht vergessen Für den Stützring und die Dichtung Lager ist die Spannhülse (4) als Verdrehsicherung erforderlich. Daher beiliegende Spannhülse (4) in Bohrung 4mm der Ölpumpe (1) bis zum Anschlag einschlagen. Die Spannhülse (4) darf max. 2mm aus der Ölpumpe herausstehen (Bild 3).

Caution! Not to be forgotten during installation Clamping sleeve (4) is necessary as locking element for the support ring and bearing seal. Therefore knock the included clamping sleeve (4) into the bore dia. 4mm of the oil pump (1), as far as it will go. Clamping sleeve (4) may only protrude max. 2mm from oil pump (Fig. 3).

Attention! Ne pas oublier lors des travaux de montage: Pour la bague d’appui et le joint du roulement, la douille de serrage (4) est absolument nécessaire pour servir de protection contre la torsion. C’est pourqoui il faut enfoncer la douille de serrage (4) jusqu’à la butée dans l’alésage de 4mm de la pompe à huile (1). La douille de serrage (4) peut dépasser au maximum de 2mm de la pompe à huile (Figure 3).

3.3 Generelle Montagehinweise:
· Ölpumpe (1) immer mit Bezeichnung TOP nach oben montieren.
· Dichtung Ölpumpe (2) darf Ölansaugkanal im Verdichtergehäuse nicht abdecken, auf freien Querschnitt achen (Bild 4).
· Befestigungsschrauben (3) gleichmäßig überkreuz anziehen. Schraubenanzugsmoment M = 34 Nm.

3.3 General installation instruction:
· Always install oil pump (1) with the indication “TOP” at the top.
· The seal for oil pump (2) may not cover the oil suction channel in the compressor housing ensure free passage.
· Tighten the fastening screws (3) evenly and cross-wise. Screwing torque 34 Nm.

3.3 Remarques de montage d’ordre général:
· Toujours monter la pompe à huile (1) avec la désignation TOP dirigée vers le haut.
· Le joint d’étanchéité de la pompe à huile (2) ne doit pas recouvrir le canal d’aspiration d’huile dans le carter du compresseur, veiller à ce que les sections soient libres.
· Serrer régulièrement les vis de fixation (3) en croix, couple de serrage des vis 34 Nm.

3.4 Inbetriebnahme
· Verdichter gemäß 1.) Sicherheitshinweise wieder in Betrieb nehmen.
· Funktionsprüfung Ölpumpe durchführen: Öldruck mit Manometer am Serviceanschluß prüfen (Bild 5), Öldruck ca. 2,5 bar.

3.4 Starting operations
· Stop up operations of the compressor again as per section 1.), safety instructions.
· Check proper functioning of oil pump: check oil pressure at pressure gauge with service connection (fig. 5), oil pressure approx. 2,5 bar.

3.4 Mise en service
· Mettre le compresseur hors service conformément à la notice de sécurité 1.).
· Faire un contrôle de fonctionnement de la pompe à huile: vérifier la pression d’huile avec un manomètre sur le raccord de service (figure 5), pression d’huile 2,5 bars env.
