SYNCO Product Information
The SYNCO product is a wireless microphone system that includes
a TX transmitter, RX receiver, external lav mic, and other
accessories. The TX transmitter features an external mic input,
Type-C charging port, on/off button, built-in mic, display screen,
noise reduction, gain adjustment, magnet pocket clip, and contacts.
The RX receiver includes a Type-C charging port/digital output,
on/off button for mono/stereo/safety channel, 3.5mm TRS output,
3.5mm monitoring port, display screen, gain adjustment for TX A/B,
magnet pocket clip, and contacts. The carrying and charging case
has contacts, power indicator, and a Type-C port.
SYNCO Product Usage Instructions
Before using the SYNCO product, read the user manual carefully
and follow all instructions mentioned herein. Here are the usage
instructions:
Caring for Your SYNCO Product
Take care of your SYNCO product by keeping it clean and dry.
Avoid exposing it to extreme temperatures, water, or other liquids.
Store it in a safe and dry place when not in use.
Package List
The package list includes an RX receiver, TX transmitter,
carrying and charging box, Type-C to Type-C cable, 3.5mm TRRS phone
cable, external lav mic (with wind muff), Type-C to USB-A adapter,
mic windshield, 3.5mm TRS camera cable, and user manual.
Pairing
The SYNCO product supports automatic pairing when the TX/RX is
turned on after being taken out from the charging case. For manual
pairing, long press the transmitter and receiver at the same time
for 3 seconds to power off. After shutdown, long press the power
button of the transmitter and receiver for 8 seconds at the same
time to enter the “connecting” state. The transmitter channel
displays A by default before successful connection. The transmitter
connected to the receiver first is the transmitter A, and the later
one is the transmitter B.
Channel Output Connection
The receiver outputs the audio signal to the recording device
via either a 3.5mm TRRS phone cable or a 3.5mm TRS camera cable.
Use the appropriate cable according to your device. When using an
external microphone, insert it correctly into the microphone input
jack. Only TRS interface microphones are supported.
Type-C Port Digital Output
The receiver Type-C port has a digital output function, which
can directly use the Type-C to Type-C cable to output mobile phones
or computers and other devices. When connecting the computer, enter
the sound settings and set the input microphone to SYNCO G2Pro to
use G2 recording. Set the output speaker to SYNCO G2 Pro to use
real-time ear return in the receiver listening interface.
Real-time Monitoring
The 3.5mm monitoring port of the receiver supports digital
monitoring, which can simultaneously monitor the sound source of
the transmitter and the input sound source of the device. The
headphone impedance should be under 100. Press the power button on
the TX to turn on/off mute. Short press the gain adjustment button
of the TX to adjust the volume for 6 levels (0-3-6-9-12-15). Short
press the gain adjustment of A/B TX buttons on the RX to adjust the
volume of A/B TX.

Doing so voids warranty. · Please have the product checked or repaired by authorized technicians if any malfunctions happened. · Failure to follow all the instructions may result in mechanics damage. · Warranty does not apply to human errors.

Operations
1. Power On/ Off Power On Method 1: The TX and RX automatically turn on after taken out from the charging Case. Method 2:The TX and RX automatically turn on when long press the power button for 3 seconds, and the display screen lights up. Power Off Method 1: After put the transmitter/receiver into the charging box, the display screen shows [charging] and enters automatic charging. After fully charged, the display screen goes out and automatically power off. Method 2:The TX and RX automatically turn off when long press the power button for 3 seconds, and the display screen lights off.
2. Pairing Automatic Pairing Automatically pairing after the TX/RX turns on when taken out from the charging case. Manual Pairing Long press the transmitter and receiver at the same time for 3 seconds to power off . After shutdown, long press the power button of the transmitter and receiver for 8 seconds at the same time to enter the [connecting ] state.

7. Switch the Channel Mode Short press the power button on the RX to switch the mono/stereo/safety channel mode. Default mono mode.
8. Charging Connect the charging cable through the Type-C port to charge the charging case, and fully charged about 3.5 hours. The TX/RX: Automatically charge through the contact point of the charging case after put into the charging case. Connect the charging cable through the Type-C port of the receiver and the transmitter, and fully charged in about 2 hours.

10. Setting The Recording Level Correctly Camera devices generally have poor-quality, noisy preamps. In order to get the cleanest signals possible, it is highly recommended that you set the recording level on your camera quite low, 1/2 or 1/3 of it. G2 provides variable gain control, allowing you to tailor your levels to just about environment and recording device.

Customers are entitled to free replacement or repair service in case of quality defect(s) found in the product under normal use within 30 days upon receipt of the product. 2. Original SYNCO products are entitled to 12-month limited warranty service. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase of brand new, unused products by the first end-user.
