MWT-100 100L Tank Kit

Product Information

The 100LTankKit is a rainwater harvesting system that allows you
to collect rainwater from your downpipe and store it for various
purposes. It consists of a tank, stand, tap, downpipe diverter, and
connecting fittings.

Components:

• Tank
• Stand (3 parts)
• Tap
• Downpipe Diverter
• Linking Kit (for connecting multiple tanks together)
• Tank Fittings Tube
• Tank Rubber Washer

Features:

• The tank has a capacity of 100 liters.
• The stand is designed to provide a level surface for the
  tank.
• The tap allows you to conveniently access the stored
  water.
• The downpipe diverter prevents overflow when the tank is
  full.
• The linking kit enables you to connect multiple tanks together
  for increased storage capacity.

Product Usage Instructions

Installing the Tank, Stand, and Tap:

1. Join the 3 parts of the stand to create a stable base for the
   tank.
2. Thread the tap into the hole at the bottom of the tank,
   ensuring it is screwed in all the way without over-tightening.

Connecting the Downpipe Diverter:

1. Drill a 25mm hole in the water tank at the indented flat
   circles on the rim.
2. Push the connection tank fitting through the hole and tighten
   the nut to hold it in place.
3. If using the stand, place the water tank next to the downpipe.
   If not, position the tank further away using an extended hose.
4. Cut a section of the downpipe as instructed: mark 10mm below
   the top of the water tank and mark again 30mm below this point. Use
   a hacksaw to cut out this section.
5. Fit the diverter body with the rectangular end upright into the
   cut section of the downpipe. You may need to remove downpipe
   brackets to do this.
6. Connect the hose between the diverter and the water tank
   connector.

Linking Tanks Together:

1. Drill a 25mm hole in each water tank at the indented flat
   circles on the rim.
2. Push the connection tank fitting through the hole and tighten
   the nut to hold it in place for each tank.
3. Connect the tanks using a longer pipe between the water tank
   connectors.

Simplythreadthetapintotheholeatthebottom ofthetank. Makesurethetapisscrewedallthewayinwithoutover tightening.Pleasenotethatsomeforcemayberequiredtopush thetapinandthenturnatthesametimesoitisthreaded.

Connecting the Downpipe Diverter

TheMazediverterissimpletoinstallandallowsyoutocollectrainwaterfrom yourdownpipewithoutthewatertank overflowingwhenfull.Thetankcaneitherbepositionednexttoyourdownpipeorfurtherawayviaanextendedhose.

4Fitdiverterbodywithrectangular
enduprightintothecutsectionof thedownpipe.Youmayneedto removeyourdownpipebrackets inordertodothis.
5Connectthehosebetween
thediverterandthewater tankconnector.(Seepic3)

3Perform steps1&2onthesecondtank.

usingalongerpipebetweenthetanks.Connectthehose betweentwowatertankconnectors.(Seepic3)
