MX 200 Top of Pole Mount Kit

Product Information

The MX Series is a top of pole mount kit designed for the MX 100
and MX 200 solar power modules. It is manufactured by Carmanah
Technologies Corp. and is suitable for outdoor installation. The
kit includes a wedge casting, adhesive gasket strip, and bolts for
mounting.

Product Usage Instructions

Before starting the installation process, it is important to
read all included install guides provided with the product.

1. Obtain the wedge casting and adhesive gasket strip included
   with the power module. Install the gasket strip along the top edge
   of the wedge casting.

   

   Note: Failure to apply the gasket strip could
   result in water entry and product damage.

2. Thread the supplied bolts partially into the top of the pole
   casting. Take note of the longer bolt’s location on the large
   casting.
3. Fully thread the wedge casting into the top of the pole
   casting.
4. Install the assembly onto the pole and orient the power module
   according to the instructions provided in LEVEL 2 guide.

   Note: For square posts, partially unthread the
   wedge casting during installation.

5. Tighten all seven casting bolts securely.
6. Fasten the solar power module to the wedge casting following
   the instructions provided in LEVEL 2 guide.

Depicted assembly order does not include cable routing steps and be modified to suit preference.

1. Obtain wedge casting and adhesive gasket strip included with power module and install gasket strip along top edge as shown.
