Product Information

The Black Compact Crank Height Adjustable Desk Frame SKU:
DESK-M051MB is a desk frame that allows for height adjustability.
It comes with a weight capacity of 154lbs (70kg) and includes a
telescopic crossbar, a leg with gearbox, two side brackets, a sync
rod, a crank handle, a crank handle sync rod, two feet, and various
screws and wrenches for assembly. The desk frame has an electrical
warning and is not suitable for children under 3 years of age.

Product Usage Instructions

Before beginning assembly, check that all parts are present and
not damaged. If any parts are missing or defective, contact
customer support within 30 days of delivery to get them
replaced.

To assemble the desk frame:

Extend the Telescopic Crossbar (A) by loosening the screws
using the 4mm Allen Wrench (T-B).
Attach the Leg with Gearbox (C) to the Telescopic Crossbar (A)
using four M6x35mm Screws (S-C).
Attach the two Side Brackets (D) to the Leg with Gearbox (C)
using two ST4.2x15mm Rounded Head Screws (S-D) and two M6x35mm
Screws (S-C).
Attach the Foot (E) to the Leg with Gearbox (C) using two
M6x25mm Screws (S-A) and one M6x10mm Screw (S-B).
Repeat steps 2-4 for the other leg.
Attach the Sync Rod (F) to both Side Brackets (D) using two
ST4.2x15mm Screws (S-E).
Attach the Crank Handle Sync Rod Extension (I) to the Crank
Handle Sync Rod (H) using the 2.5mm Allen Wrench (T-A).
Attach the Crank Handle Sync Rod (H) to the Sync Rod (F) using
the 4mm Allen Wrench (T-B).
Attach the Crank Handle (G) to the Crank Handle Sync Rod
Extension (I).
Turn the Crank Handle (G) to adjust the height of the desk
frame.

If you have any questions or concerns about the assembly
process, contact customer support for assistance. Do not use this
product for any purpose other than what is specified in the manual
and do not exceed the weight capacity.

ASSEMBLY STEPS
STEP 1: Extend the Crossbar

Loosen the screws on Telescopic Crossbar (A) using 4mm Allen Wrench (T-B) and extend the

sides.

STEP 2: Install the Crossbar to Legs

Attach Telescopic

Crossbar (A) to Leg (B)

and Leg with Gearbox (C)

using M6x25 mm Screws

(S-A). Tighten with 4mm

STEP 3: Mount Side Brackets
Assemble Side Brackets (D) to the frame assembly using M6x10mm Screws (S-B) and 5mm Allen Wrench (T-C).

STEP 4: Assemble Feet
Mount Feet (E) to Leg (B) and Leg with Gearbox (C) using M6x35mm Screws (S-C) and 4mm Allen Wrench (T-B).

STEP 5: Adjust Frame Length
Extend Telescopic Crossbar (A) to fit the desktop. Retighten the screws on Telscopic Crossbar (A) using 4mm Allen Wrench (T-B).

STEP 6: Attach Desktop

Secure the frame assembly to

the desktop using ST4.2x15mm

Screws (S-E) and a Phillips

screwdriver.

NOTE: If using the provided

screws to secure your desktop,

ensure the desktop thickness is

3/4″ (19mm) or greater.

STEP 7: Install the Sync Rod
Loosen the knob on Sync Rod (F) and insert the rod into Leg (B). Extend Sync Rod (F) onto Leg With Gearbox (C). Tighten both knobs on Sync Rod (F) using Wrench (T-D).

STEP 8: Mount the Crank

Loosen the set screw on Crank Handle Sync Rod (H) using 2.5mm Allen Wrench (T-A) to extend the rod into Leg With Gearbox (C). Assemble Crank Handle (G) to Crank Handle Sync Rod (H) making sure Crank Handle Sync Rod (H) sits inside of the recess on the plastic mounting bracket on Crank Handle (G). Retighten the set screw on Crank Handle Sync Rod (H). Secure Crank Handle (G) to the desktop using ST4.2x15mm Rounded Head Screw (S-D) and a Phillips screwdriver. NOTE: Leave at least 1.5″ (40mm) of space from the mounting holes on Crank Handle (G) to the edge of the desktop, which will allow the crank to be fully pushed in.

STEP 9: Adjusting the Height
Turn Crank Handle (G) counter clockwise to raise the desk, and clockwise to lower. Slide Crank Handle (G) in and flip the handle around to store it when not in use.
