The VEVOR Wire Stripping Machine is a highly efficient tool that
helps you strip wires with ease. The machine is designed to strip
wires ranging from 1.5mm to 32mm in diameter, making it perfect for
industrial use. The machine weighs 24.3 kg and has a power rating
of 0.75 KW. It operates on a voltage of 220V-240V~ 50Hz and 110V~
60Hz. The machine comes with a blade that can be adjusted for
different wire thicknesses.

Product Usage Instructions

Before using the VEVOR Wire Stripping Machine, please read all
manual instructions carefully. Follow all assembly and operation
instructions before operating. When using the wire stripping
machine, basic safety precautions should always be followed.

Warnings

• Read and follow all instructions before using the machine.
• To prevent the risk of electrical shock, do not immerse in
  water or other liquids. Use a damp cloth to clean the motor
  housing.
• Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user
  maintenance shall not be done by children without supervision.
• When not in use, unplug from the outlet before installing or
  removing parts and before cleaning.
• Avoid contacting moving parts.
• Do not operate any machine with a damaged cord or plug or after

Operation Instruction

1. Select the appropriate feeding hole according to the wire
   diameter.
2. During wire stripping, the center of the blade must be
   collinear with the center of the roller.
3. According to the thickness of the wire, adjust the height of
   the blade through the screw above the machine so that the blade can
   cut the wire skin without damaging the copper core.
4. As the different thicknesses of the wires/cables, we need to
   adjust the blade up and down by adjusting the two M12 plastic
   screws on the machine (the blade goes down if you turn clockwise
   and the blade goes up if you turn counterclockwise).
5. If the machine cannot strip the wire, there may be several
   reasons:
   • The diameter of the stripped wire is too small
   • The blade is not sharp

1. When the plastic handle is adjusted too tightly, gear noise and blade damage may occur, which should be avoided! 2.
