Product Information
The Brasscraft Manufacturing Company’s B1-DW SPP Braided
Dishwasher Connector is designed for use in potable water
distribution systems in accessible locations only. It is suitable
for both residential and commercial applications. The connector
features engineered polymer braided fibers that bend freely without
kinking or crimping, reinforced PVC inner hose for added
durability, and rubber washers that provide a large pliable sealing
surface and ensure a long-lasting water-tight connection. The
maximum pressure it can withstand is 125 PSI, and the tubing
diameter is 0.300 ID (0.550 OD). The connector’s compression inlet
is made of brass plated nut, elbow adapter, and fitting
adaptor.
Product Usage Instructions
The Brasscraft B1-DW SPP Braided Dishwasher Connector is
designed for use in potable water distribution systems in
accessible locations only. Before installation, ensure that the
connector is compatible with the dishwasher and other plumbing
fixtures in your home or commercial space.
1. Turn off the water supply to the dishwasher.
2. Disconnect the old connector from the dishwasher.
3. Attach the brass plated nut of the B1-DW SPP Braided
Dishwasher Connector to the dishwasher’s water inlet.
4. Tighten the nut with a wrench to secure it in place.
5. Attach the elbow adapter or fitting adapter to the other end
of the connector depending on your plumbing needs.
6. Tighten the elbow adapter or fitting adapter with a wrench to
secure it in place.
7. Turn on the water supply to the dishwasher and check for
leaks.
Note: It is recommended to inspect the connector regularly for
any signs of wear and tear, and replace it if necessary.
