The B1562-100 LEO 6/6 EK PANEL BED-HB/FB/RAILS is a high-quality
panel bed that provides perfect stability and comfort. It comes
with a headboard, footboard, rails, bed roll-out slats, bed slats
support, side rail left and right, center slat, and necessary
hardware. The bed is easy to assemble and comes with detailed
instructions to guide you through the process.

Product Usage Instructions:

Before assembling the bed, check all packaging materials
carefully for small parts that may have come loose during shipment.
Identify and count all items and compare them with the parts list
and hardware list provided.

Step 1: Assemble Headboard

1. Attach Head Board Leg (C,D) to Head Board (A) using Flat washer
   (3) and securing with ALLEN KEY (4).
2. Fix the other holes with Csk Screw (6) as shown.
3. Repeat step 1 for the other end of the headboard.
4. Tighten screws periodically with use, as they may become loose.
   Check tightness of all screws every 6-8 weeks.

Step 2: Assemble Side Rails

1. Attach Side Rail (G) & (H) to the Side Rail Leg (J) using
   JCBC BOLT(1) with Flat washer (3) and securing with ALLEN KEY (4)
   by outside side rail (G) & (H).
2. Loosen JCBB Bolt at Headboard & Footboard Leg using Allen
   Key (5) (Do not tighten them before Hook SET-UPSIDE RAIL TO HEAD
   BOARD (A) closely and push down to fit and tighten them
   accordingly. Repeat step 2.2 with the other end of the rail to hook
   onto FOOTBOARD (B).
3. Align the side rail as shown before tightening.
4. Do not fully tighten screws in this step before aligning the
   side rail.
5. Tighten the screws periodically with use, as they may become
   loose. Check tightness of all screws every 6-8 weeks.

Step 3: Assemble Bed Slat Support and Center Slats

1. Fix the Bed Slat Support (F), to Bed Slat (E) and Center slats
   (I) tighten with JCBC Bolt (2) as shown.
2. Install the bed slat (E) to side rail (G) & (H) and tighten
   with Csk Screw (6) as per diagram shown.
3. Push the side rail (G) & (H) to meet with wooden slat (E)
   and fix the CSK Screw (6) using a screwdriver.
4. Push Slat (E) to the end of side rail and secure with CSK
   Screw(6) as shown.
5. Tighten the screws periodically with use, as they may become
   loose. Check tightness of all screws every 6-8 weeks.

Note: The setup must be done at the decided location for the bed
to obtain perfect stability.

1 OF 2 NOTE : MUST TIGHTEN SCREWS PERIODCALLY WITH USE SCREW WILL BECOME LOOSE CHECK TIGHTNESS OF ALL SCREW EVERY 6-8 WEEKS.

STEP 2.1 : Attach Side Rail ( G ) & ( H ) to the Side Rail Leg ( J ) as shown using JCBC BOLT( 1 )with Flat washer (3)and securing with ALLEN KEY ( 4 ) by outside side rail (G) & (H) .
STEP 2.2 : Loosen JCBB Bolt at Headboard & Footboard Leg using Allen Key (5) (Do not tighten them before Hook SET-UPSIDE RAIL TO HEAD BOARD (A) closely and push down to fit and tighten them accordingly. Repeat step 2.2 with other end of rail to hook onto FOOTBOARD (B).

STEP 3 : Fix the Bed Slat Support (F ), to Bed Slat (E) and Center slats (I) tighten with JCBC Bolt (2) as shown . Install the bed slat ( E ) to side rail ( G ) & ( H ) and tighten with Csk Screw ( 6 ) as per diagram shown. (NOTE: THE SETUP MUST DONE AT THE DECIDED LOCATION FOR THE BED TO OBTAIN PERFECT STABILITY) Repeat step 3 for other set of slats assembly.
