Assembly Manual for IP44 Sealant to Switches of DECO, ICON,
MINI and FLEXI Series

The IP44 sealant is designed for installation by the customer in
switches of DECO, ICON, MINI, and FLEXI series types. The following
are the characteristics of the sealant:

IP44 rating
Compatible with DECO, ICON, MINI, and FLEXI series
switches

Way of Connection: The sealer U-1 should be
placed between the switch cube and the central sheet of the
mechanism. In the correct position, there are two external buttons
in the slots of the sealer. Before installing the button/buttons,
the external frame should be installed. The way of setting is
presented on the schema below:

Accessories Required for the IP44 Sealant:
Along with the sealer U-1, a DRPH (for DECO series), MKLH-1/MKLH-2
(for MINI and ICON series), or FRH (for FLEXI series)
middle/external frame/press (for DECO/ICON/MINI/FLEXI series) shall
be purchased for switch IP44 available in different color variants
(to be also used in multiframes).

Note: Assembly shall be held by a suitably
qualified person with deactivated voltage and shall meet the
national safety standards.

Product Usage Instructions

Ensure that you have all the necessary accessories for the IP44
sealant, including the sealer U-1 and the middle/external
frame/press suitable for your switch type.
Deactivate the voltage and ensure that the assembly is held by
a suitably qualified person who meets the national safety
standards.
Place the sealer U-1 between the switch cube and the central
sheet of the mechanism, ensuring that there are two external
buttons in the slots of the sealer.
Install the external frame before installing the
button/buttons.
Once the sealant is assembled, ensure that it meets all safety
standards.

Way of connection The sealer U-1 shall be set between the switch cube and the central sheet of the mechanism. In the correct position there are two external buttons in the slots of the sealer. Next, prior to installation of button/buttons, the external frame shall be installed.

Accessories required for the sealant IP 44 Together with the sealer U-1 a DRPH (for DECO series), MKLH-1 / MKLH-2 (for MINI and ICON series) or FRH (for FLEXI series)a middle/external frame/press (for DECO/ICON/MINI/FLEXI series) shall be purchased for switch IP 44 available in different colour variants (to be also used in multiframes).
