No video
Black screen

1.  It is recommended that you temporarily deactivate your antivirus before installation.
2. If you get sound but a black screen, please right click on the Honestech icon, click on Property> Confidentiality, and select “Reduced color mode”, and then 16 bits.
3.  August VGB350 USB 2.0 Video Capture also works with VLC Media Player or OBS Studio, just select“August VGB350 USB video device” to be the video capture device.
