If you have any other queries, please contact our dealer or local vendor from whom you have purchased the product. They are trained and ready to serve you at their best. The warranty is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase. The warranty does not apply to damage caused by incorrect installation or abnormal wear and tear. The company gives no warranty against damage to any surface due to incorrect removal and installation of the product. The products are suitable for 10-12 Hours of Daily operation. Usage of the product for 24 Hours a day would void the warranty. This product is warranted for manufacturing defects only.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The RGB+W/WW controller is divided into two parts, RGB and W/WW. it can be turned ON/OFF RGB part and W/WW part independently and can control their brightness and their color independently, such as, when turning on the RGB part, it can change the RGB part’s color and brightness; and can turn on the W/WW part at the same time, and can turn ON/OFF W/WW part or adjust its brightness.
DIRECTION OF USE
- Connect the load cord first, and then connect the power cord; Before power on please ensure no short circuit between the cables;
- Using the 40-key infrared remote control, the key function is as follows:

- This product’s Input voltage is DC12V~24V. Other input voltages are not allowed.
- The lead wire should be connected correctly and according to the wire color and the connecting diagram offers.
- Overloads are prohibited.
