Roth Universal plate EPS 30 can be laid on almost any type of surface, as long as it is stable and load-bearing. It can be concrete and timber structures or on other insulation. It is possible to use two dimensions on the Roth Universal plate EPS 30 system, either 16 mm or 20 mm and possibly a combination of these. See picture lb.
Step 1
The floor must be cleaned, swept/stray vacuumed before you start laying the Roth Universal board EPS 30. Check that the floor is horizontal and without gaps. Image la is shown as 0 20 mm C/C 300.

Step 2
When laying out the plates, you choose the desired rudder dimension that you want to work with. This is marked at all tracks and turning plates. If you deviate, for example, 20 mm with a tube spacing of C/C 300 mm, you must pay attention to the fact that the end of the plate marked with 20 mm must be the plate that ends with the wall of the clamp. The same naturally applies to 16 mm with a rudder distance of C/C 200 mm. The boards can be shortened with a knife, use the screws on the back. Image 2 is shown as 0 16mm C/C 200mm.

Step 3
The Roth Universal plate EPS 30 system is now laid out and you can start to adapt the heat distribution plates. The boards are laid down in the tracks with a mutual distance of 10 – 20 mm. It is clearly marked on the Roth Universal’)lade EPS 30 system where the laying out of the heat distribution plates must end. The heat distribution plates can be shortened using the bending instructions on the plates. Do not use tools for shortening, as this can cause burrs in the rudder grooves.
Step 4
Pipe lining is carried out according to often the chosen sample of laying in the selected pipe dimension.

General structure
Laying of floorboard or floor foam can now be carried out according to the floor manufacturer’s instructions. When laying wooden floors, we recommend that it is laid across the direction of the pipes. Check the recommended wood floor thickness according to the manufacturer’s instructions, our data sheet and applicable legislation.
Roth Universal plate EPS 30 can be used together with Here makes of upper floors and sub-floors. We always recommend contacting the supplier for advice and support regarding correct construction. If the upper floor is to be tiles/tiles, we recommend using Fermacell 25 mm floor elements.
Example: Construction with Fermacell 25 mm floor element
Roth Universal plate EPS 30 can also be used in conjunction with tiles, studs or vinyl. If the upper floor is to be tiles/tiles, we recommend using Fermacell 25 mm floor elements. In the case of tiles, the subfloor must be sufficiently level. This can be achieved by building on concrete or 22 mm chipboard/19 mm plywood, laid on beams/beams C/C 300 mm. Before commencing installation, we always recommend that you contact Fermacell Scandinavia for advice and support regarding correct construction.
