HOFFMAN CPC4823 CONCEPT Side-Mounted Panels Installation Guide

Hinge Side:

1. Install side-mounted panel into enclosure as shown in Figures 2 and 3.
2. Torque M8 hex flanged nuts to 7.7 ft-lbs (21 Nm) and M5 pan head screws to 22.5 in-lbs (2.5 Nm).

Latch Side:

1. Using center punch locations on the enclosure body flange, drill four (4) .203 inch diameter holes.
2. Install the hinge mounting brackets as shown in Figure 1. Torque M4 pan head screws to 22 in-lbs (2.5 Nm).
3. Install side-mounted panel into enclosure as shown in Figure 3. Torque M8 hex flanged nuts to 7.7 ft-lbs (21 Nm), and M5 pan head screws to 22.5 in-lbs (2.5 Nm)
