1. Unpack and take out the fixture / accessory bag.
   
2. Remove the mounting plate from the fixture, then turn off the power.
   
3. Secure the mounting plate to the ceiling.
   
4. Connect the wires according to the schematic diagram above
   
5. Secure the canopy with screws on the mounting plate.
