Product Information
The ETHAN ALLEN 09-6176 Capri Table Lamp is a lighting fixture
designed for indoor use only. It comes with a polarized plug, where
one plug blade is wider than the other. The lamp should not be
modified in any way, and the recommended bulb wattage should not be
exceeded. Only use the specified type of bulb and keep flammable
materials away from the bulb. Do not open the product or alter the
wiring. If an extension cord is used, follow the precautions
provided with the power cord.
Product Usage Instructions
- Unpacking: Carefully unpack the lamp, making sure to locate all
the included parts before disposing of the packaging
materials. - Assembly: No tools are required for assembly. The required
light bulb is not included. Follow the assembly procedure below:- Install Harp Part A onto Lamp Base Part B.
- Install Shade Part C onto Harp Part A.
- Install Shade Finial Part D onto Harp Part A.
- Install Bulb into Lamp Socket Part E.
- Remove Plug Cap, Part F from Plug.
- Caring for and Cleaning your lamp:
- To clean, wipe with a soft, dry cloth.
- DO NOT USE cleaners, scouring pads, etc.
- Unplug the lamp and allow the bulb to cool before changing
it.
- Troubleshooting:
- Problem: Bulb does not light
- Possible cause: Bulb is burnt out or damaged,
Power to lamp is off, Lamp is not plugged in - Correct by: Replace bulb, Confirm power is on,
Confirm lamp is plugged in

Entretien et nettoyage de la lampe: 1. Nettoyer avec un chiffon doux et sec. 2. NE PAS UTILISERE de détergent, de tampons à récurer, etc.
3. Débranchez la lampe et laissez l’ampoule refroidir avant de la remplacer.
Dépannage: Problème
L’ampoule ne s’allume pas
Cause possible:
L’ampoule est brûlée ou endommagée L’alimentation de la lampe est éteinte La lampe n’est pas branché
Solution: Changer l’ampoule
Vérifiez la puissance
Confirmation que la lampe est connecté
