Beverly Ivory Table Lamp
The Beverly Ivory Table Lamp is a stylish lighting fixture
designed for indoor use. It features a polarized plug with one
blade wider than the other for safety. The lamp is equipped with a
lamp socket and comes with all the necessary parts for
assembly.
Important Safety Instructions:
- This lighting fixture is for indoor use only.
- Do not modify the plug or power cord in any way.
- Do not exceed the recommended bulb wattage.
- Use only the type of bulb specified.
- Keep flammable materials away from the bulb.
- Do not open the product or alter the wiring in any manner.
- Follow precautions provided with the power cord when using an
extension cord.
Assembly Instructions:
- Locate all the parts included before disposing of packaging
materials. - Remove the silica gel packet from the socket before plugging
the lamp into an outlet. - Refer to the figure provided to identify the parts: A. Shade
Finial, B. Shade, C. Harp, D. Lamp Socket (attached), E. Lamp
Base. - Install Harp Part C onto Lamp Base Part E.
- Install Shade Part B onto Harp Part C.
- Install Shade Finial Part A onto Harp Part C.
- Install Bulb into Lamp Socket Part D.
- Remove Plug Cap from Plug.
Caring for and Cleaning:
- To clean the lamp, wipe it with a soft dry cloth.
- Do not use cleaners, scouring pads, or any abrasive
materials. - Always unplug the lamp and allow the bulb to cool before
changing it.
Troubleshooting:
Problem: Bulb does not light
Possible cause:
- Bulb is burnt or damaged
- Power to lamp is off
- Lamp is not plugged in
Correction:
- Replace the bulb
- Confirm that power is on
- Confirm that the lamp is plugged in
If the lamp still does not work after troubleshooting, please

assistance.
