Product Information
The POMPTON 1-LIGHT PENDANT is a lighting fixture that can be
used for home improvement needs. It comes with a 1008195522 /
1008195523 / 1008195524 item number and BAL-2001-PD-BK /
BAL-2001-PD-CH / BAL-2001-PD-GD model number. The package includes
a light fixture, shade, socket ring, mounting unit, mounting screw,
wire nut, and cap nut. The light fixture has an adjustable cord,
which can be adjusted to the desired height.

Installation
- Assembling the light fixture:
- Adjust the length of the light fixture cord by loosening the

desired height and tighten the screw to secure. - Place the shade over the socket of the light fixture and secure
it with the socket ring.

Installation
1 Assembling the light fixture
A
Adjust the length of the light fixture (A) cord by lossening the screw on the canopy. Pull the cord through the canopy to the desired height and tighten the screw to secure.
Place the shade (B) over the socket of the light fixture (A) and secure it with the socket ring (C).

2 Attaching the mounting unit to the junction box

Attach the mounting unit (AA) to the junction box (not
included) with mounting screws (BB).
3 Making the electrical connection
Hook the cable from the light fixture (A) to the mounting unit (AA).
Connect the copper wire from the light fixture (A) to the mounting unit (AA) by securing it with the pre-installed ground screw.
Connect the black to black (power), the white to white (neutral), and copper wire and green wire to ground wire with the wire nuts (CC) and secure the wire nuts (CC) with electrical tape (not included).
NOTE: If the wires from the fixture are the same color, attach the side with markings or letters to the black (positive) wire and the other to the white (neutral) wire.

4 Securing the light fixture
A
Secure the canopy of the light fixture (A) to the junction
box by placing the holes in the canopy over the support
screws on the mounting unit (AA). Secure with the cap nuts (DD).

5 Installing the light bulbs
Install medium base 60-watt bulb (not included).

Operation
1 Turning the light on
Turn the light switch on to activate the fixture.
Care and Cleaning
Clean the lamp with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use any cleaners with chemicals, solvents, or harsh abrasives.
Troubleshooting
Problem The bulb will not light.
Possible Cause The bulb is burned out. The power is off. There is a faulty wire connection. The circuit breaker is off.
Solution Replace the light bulb. Ensure the power supply is On. Check the wiring. Ensure the circuit breaker is in the On position.
The fuse blows or circuit There are crossed wires or the breaker trips when the power wire is grounding out. light is turned on.
