71152 Close Coupled Toilet and Full Pedestal Basin Suite

Product Information: Basin Wall Hung and Pedestal Mounted

The Basin Wall Hung and Pedestal Mounted is a bathroom fixture
that can be installed either as a wall-mounted or a
pedestal-mounted basin. The product comes with installation
instructions that need to be followed carefully to ensure proper
installation.

Installation Instructions:

1. Read the installation guide carefully before starting the
   installation process.
2. Check the wall type before commencing any installation. If the
   wall type is different, you will require a different fixing type
   (fixings not supplied).
3. Before drilling, check for wires and pipes to ensure they will
   not be damaged during installation.
4. If drilling into tile, it is recommended to tape the wall in
   the area to be drilled to prevent slipping.
5. Offer the basin to the wall and check if it is level.
6. Drill the wall in the required location.
7. Insert the wall plug into the drilled hole and tap the plug to
   the finished wall surface.
8. Insert the fixing bar and tighten into the wall using a spanner
   or grips.
9. Place the washers over the fixing bar as shown in the parts
   drawing.
10. Connect the nut and tighten into position using a spanner.
11. Check if the basin is stable and seal along the back edge.
12. Leave to dry for at least 24 hours.

Maintenance Instructions:

To maintain the surface finish of your product, wipe clean after
every use using a clean damp cloth. A mild detergent mixture can be
used. Do not use abrasive cleaning agents/materials as they can
strip and scratch the surface. The use of these agents/materials
can invalidate your guarantee. Regular cleaning is necessary to
keep the product in good condition.

Note: Do not use abrasive cleaning agents or
materials to clean the seat. Simply wipe clean with a soft damp
cloth and a mild detergent. The use of abrasive cleaning agents and
materials will invalidate your guarantee.

PLEASE READ THIS INSTRUCTION GUIDE FULLY PRIOR TO COMMENCING ANY PART OF THE INSTALLATION
IMPORTANT ! – This is a suggested method of installation to a solid wall, if the wall type is different you will require a different fixing type (Fixings not supplied)
Before commencing any installation check for wires and pipes will not be damaged during drilling Please refer to page 2 if fitting with a pedestal basin

1 Offer the basin to the wall, checking the basin is level. Drill the wall in the required location. If drilling into tile, it is recommended to tape the wall in the area to be drilled to prevent slipping
4 Place the washers over the fixing bar as shown in the parts drawing, above

2 Insert the wall plug into the drilled hole tap the plug to the finished wall surface
5 Connect the nut and tighten into position using a spanner

3 Insert the fixing bar and tighten into the wall using a spanner or grips
6 Check basin is stable, seal along the back edge Leave to dry for at least 24 hours

When installing the basin on a pedestal, place the pedestal in the required location. Place the basin onto the pedestal and align so level and central. Once aligned mark the drill holes through the holes in the back of the basin. Remove the basin and pedestal and carry out steps 1, 2 and 3 from above. Relocate the basin and pedestal, so the basin slots over the fixing bars. Carry out steps 4 , 5 and 6. Once installation is complete and the basin is secured, seal the basin and pedestal. Seal between the underside of the basin bowl and the top edge of the pedestal. Seal along the front bottom edge of the pedestal.
