Product Information

The Angustos AL-V708L is a high-density, short-depth LCD KVM
switch designed for use in modern data centers. It features an
integrated 17-inch LED screen, keyboard, and mouse pad in a 1U
rackmountable sliding housing. The short-depth design allows for
narrow space and short-rack mounting in condensed areas. The
AL-V708L can control up to 8 computers, and with the ability to
cascade up to 8 additional KVM switches, a single AL-V708L can
control up to 128 computers. It also includes an additional
hot-pluggable USB port for keyboard and mouse backup.

The AL-V708L LCD KVM Switch offers exceptional display quality,
easy installation, and extreme versatility. It is password
protected for added security and supports multiple connection
options. The switch is compatible with other Angustos products such
as the AR-V08L and AR-V16L short-depth rack KVM switches, as well
as the AIP-C IP module card.

Product Usage Instructions

Keyboard & Mouse:

Keyboard: The AL-V708L comes with a detachable keyboard
featuring 100 keys and multiple language options. It is compatible
with Windows, Sun, Unix, Linux, and Mac systems.
Mouse: The included touchpad has a resolution of >1000
dots/inch (40×40 mm) and is compatible with various operating
systems.

KVM Switch Module:

Direct PC Connection: The AL-V708L can directly connect to 8
PCs.
Maximum PC Connection: The switch can control up to 128 PCs
when cascaded with additional KVM switches.
Port Selection: Port selection can be done through the OSD,
buttons, hotkeys, or optional IP module.
Console Connector: The console connector uses a DB-37 pins
interface.
KVM Connector: The switch has 8 DB-15 female connectors for
connecting to the PCs.
Power: Power is supplied through a DC jack.
Switch Button: There is a switch button on the panel for easy
switching between connected PCs.
Reset Switch: A reset switch is provided on the panel for
resetting the switch if needed.
Status LEDs: The switch features status LEDs, including a nixie
tube for the selected port and a red LED for the online port.
Server Interface: The switch supports both PS/2 and USB server
interfaces.
Cascadable Support: The AL-V708L supports cascading with other
compatible KVM switches.

Connection Diagram:

Refer to the provided connection diagram for connecting the
AL-V708L to other devices, including optional IP modules and
cascading with other KVM switches. KVM cables such as AR-CC03L,
AR-CC05L, and AR-CC10L can be used for connections.

Overview
Angustos AL-V708L LCD KVM Switch is optimized for high density Rack in modern Data Center.
Integrating a 17″ LED screen, keyboard and mouse pad in a 1U rackmountable sliding housing. The short-depth design ultilized for narrow space for short-rack mounting in condensed area. The AL-V708L can control up to 8 computers; with 8 additional KVM switches are cascaded, a single AL-V708L LCD KVM Switch can control up to 128 computers.
In addition, the AL-V708L included an additional hot-pluggable USB port that supports other keyboard and mouse for back-up.
