Product Usage Instructions:
Lumen:
The product has a lumen, which allows for fluid flow.
Priming Volume:
The priming volume for the catheter is approximately 0.73 mL for
the distal lumen (14 Ga.) and 0.75 mL for the proximal lumen (14
Ga.). Priming is done without accessories.
Gravity Flow Rate:
The gravity flow rate for the catheter is approximately 5354
mL/hr for the distal lumen (14 Ga.) and 3984 mL/hr for the proximal
lumen (14 Ga.).
MAX Pressure Injection Flow Rate:
The maximum pressure injection flow rate for the catheter is 10
mL/sec for both the distal and proximal lumens (14 Ga.). This flow
rate is determined using media of 11.8 centipoise (cP) viscosity,
with 152 cm administration set tubing.
