Product Information

The Front Rack – Large is a high-quality bike accessory designed
to provide additional storage space on your bike. Made from durable
aluminum material, it is built to withstand daily use and offers a
sleek black finish. With a weight of 2lbs/0.9kg, it is lightweight
yet sturdy. The dimensions of the rack are 15.4 x 17.3 x 4.3 inches
(39cm x 44cm x 11cm), providing ample space for carrying your
belongings. The maximum load capacity of the rack is 33lbs/15kg,
allowing you to transport various items securely.

Product Usage Instructions

Installation

1. Ensure the bike is switched off with the kickstand engaged and
   is on level ground.
2. Remove any accessories that may interfere with the installation
   and/or use of the Momentum Front Rack.
3. Assemble the rack plate and strut first using two M5*16 bolts
   and M5 nuts. Tighten them with a 4mm hex torque wrench to a torque
   of 5-8Nm.
4. Install the rack with the front fork:
   • Upper side: Use a 4mm hex torque wrench to tighten the two
     M5*30 bolts with a torque of 5-8Nm. If your model is Vida E+, add
     10*9 washers on both sides.
   • Lower side: Use a 4mm hex torque wrench to tighten the two
     M5*16 bolts with a torque of 5-8Nm.
5. If you assemble the Momentum fender together, please purchase
   an additional Dual Mounting Kit.
6. Double-check if the Momentum Front Rack is properly installed.
   It should not move or rotate in any direction.

Usage Information

• Check if the Momentum Front Rack is firmly mounted before every
  ride.
• Regularly check the state of the carrier and mounting parts for
  any signs of looseness, deterioration, corrosion, or other
  damage.
• Secure all cargo before riding. Straps, if applied, should be
  secured and not loose.
• Distribute and secure the cargo loads evenly.
• Do not exceed the maximum load weight limit of 33lbs/15kg.

Large Momentum Front Rack. Safety instructions are very important and should not be overlooked. By reading the manual you will have a better understanding of the general operation. – The Momentum Front Rack is not suitable to carry passengers. – Only use the Momentum Front Rack and supplied installation hardware. – Do not modify the Momentum Front Rack in any way. – Do not exceed maximum load weight limit, 33lbs/15kg. – Periodically check all bolts are tight as vibrations may loosen them over time. – Do not use the Momentum Front Rack to move or lift the bike. – If you are not confident with compatibility and installation of this product, please consult your local authorized dealer. – Regulation can vary by country, and/or location, always check in advance.

Installation
1. Ensure the bike is switched off with kickstand engaged and is on level ground.

3. Assemble rack plate and strut first with two M5*16 bolts, M5 nuts. Use a 4mm hex torque wrench to tighten with 5-8Nm.
4. Install rack with front fork: Upper side: use a 4mm hex torque wrench to tighten the two M5*30 bolts with 5-8Nm. (Note: if your model is Vida E+, please add 10*9 washers on both sides.) Lower side: use a 4mm hex torque wrench to tighten the two M5*16 bolts with 5-8Nm.
5. If you assemble Momentum fender together, please purchase additional Dual Mounting Kit.
6. Double check if the Momentum Front Rack is properly installed. The Momentum Front Rack should not move or rotate in any direction.

Giant Global Inc. warrants its products for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, this applies only for the original owner. This warranty applies only to this product when purchased new from an Authorized Giant Dealer and assembled by that dealer at the time of purchase. LIMITED REMEDY Unless otherwise provided, the sole remedy under the above warranty, or any implied warranty, is limited to the replacement of defective parts with those of equal or greater value at the sole discretion of Giant Global Inc. This warranty extends from the date of purchase, applies only to the original owner, and is not transferable.
