Product Introduction
The ZP-05 Isolated HART Intelligent Temperature Transmitter
(Round Card) is a device used for the signal input of Resistance
Temperature Detector (RTD) and Thermocouple (TC) and 4-20mA analog
output of the two-wire system. It can be installed in the sensor
(Form B) through the HART protocol configuration.

Product Usage Instructions
- Install the ZP-05 Isolated HART Intelligent Temperature
Transmitter (Round Card) in the sensor (Form B) through the HART
protocol configuration. - Connect the input signal of Resistance Temperature Detector
(RTD) or Thermocouple (TC) to the device. - Connect the 4-20mA analog output of the two-wire system to the
device. - Connect the power supply of DC12-40V to the device.
- Configure the device based on the Configuration Schematic
Diagram provided in the user manual. - The device is now ready to use.
