I have put my pair of T9’s on at work since I got them to keep out the noise from the heavy machines. I have been physically hard on them by dropping, losing them and getting them stepped on before finding them. I have found the perfect volume level on the T9’s to enjoy music or audio books while being able to hear someone talking to me at the same time. I personally love Tozo because anytime I have had any issues at all they have went beyond what I had even hoped they would do to help me. Seriously, this is how every company in America should be treating customers. So, yes they are quality earbuds from a good company.
