How to wear your TOZO earbuds
Step 1: Ensure the earbud tip facing downwards, then place earbuds into ear.
Step 2: Rotate earbuds back to the auricle side to fit snugly.
How To Pair
TWS Auto Pairing
- Open the charging case, they will power on automatically and will connect to each other automatically within 10 seconds.
- If the earbud is in full charge, the earbud will flash blue light for 5 seconds, then disappear. If the earbud is not at full charge, it will keep the red light until full charge.
- Search for the pairing name [TOZO-NC9 Plus], and select it on your phone.
Reset
If you accidentally get only one earbud work or fail to pair each other, please reset it:
- Delete all TOZO-NC9 Plus records on the phone, then turn off the Bluetooth. Take the earbuds out from the charging case, and press the touch panel for 5 seconds to turn the earbuds off.
- Hold both earbuds button for 5 seconds till red lights on to turn off the earbuds.
- Holding the MFB Touch Panel on each of the earbuds for another 5 seconds till the blue light turns on and off, and then clicking the MFB Touch Panel on each of the earbuds twice quickly, the reset process will be done when the Purple light is on for 1s, then two earbuds flash red and blue alternately, reset is complete.
NOTE: In case there is (Connection Unsuccessful] in your devices, please consider deleting all historical records of [TOZO-NC9 Plus] and try the pairing process again.
Left Earbud
Power on: Hold or pick up earbuds from the battery case to power on automatically.
Power off: Hold or put earbuds into the battery case to power off & charging automatically.

Right Earbud
