6S-SLIM Sim Racing Chassis

Product Information:

The 6S-SLIM is a racing simulator assembly kit designed for
immersive gaming experiences. It includes various parts such as
nuts, screws, brackets, angle caps, foot pads, and tie downs. The
kit consists of aluminum extrusions of different sizes, allowing
for customization and flexibility in setting up the simulator. The
product is durable and built to withstand rigorous use.

Product Usage Instructions:

Step 1: Parts Assembly

Arrange the parts according to the provided diagram.
Remove any alignment tabs that may interfere with the
installation of extrusions.
Attach the 16-40×40 angle brackets using 32 M8 T-Nuts and 32
M8x16 screws. Leave the screws loose enough to slide the T-Nuts
into the aluminum extrusion profiles.

Step 2: Extrusion Installation

Install the 3-40x40x500 extrusion using 4 T-Nuts and 6
screws.
Attach additional parts as indicated in the diagram.

Step 3: Foot Pad and T-Nut Installation

Install the 2-40x40x1200 extrusions.
Attach the 6-foot pad and 6 M8 T-Nuts.

Step 4: Additional Installation

Install the remaining parts according to the provided
diagram.

Step 5: Final Assembly

Complete the assembly by attaching the 2-40x40x400 extrusions
using T-Nuts, nuts, and screws.

Step 6: Finishing Touches

Attach the angle caps and caps to ensure a secure and polished
finish.

Note: Always prioritize safety during assembly. Use safety
goggles when removing tabs and protect the surfaces of aluminum
extrusions from scratches by using towels or blankets.

Safety First
Be mindful of any sharp edges. Use safety goggles whenever removing tabs from angle brackets.

Protect From Scratches
Hard surfaces can damage the surfaces of the aluminum extrusions.
Use a towel or blanket when assembing on hard surfaces to protect the finishes.

How to measure screws
Flat head screws are measured based on their overall length.
Socket head cap screws are measured based on the length under the head of the screw.

T-Nut Installation
Be mindful of the order of installation
and plan out the insertion of T-nuts.

Alignment Tab Removal
Tabs on brackets may need to be removed if they interfere with the installation of an extrusion as shown to the right. 2 – tabs need to be removed from 4 brackets
