Product Information
The product is a lighting fixture that comes with a main body
[A], candle sleeves [B], safety cables [D], wood screws [E],
drywall anchors [F], mounting plate [G], mounting screws [H], plate
mounting screws [I], support cables [J], power cables [K], cable
strain relief [L], canopy [M], and sockets [N]. The product
requires a 3/16 (4.76 mm) diameter drill bit, which is not supplied
with the product. The fixture can be installed on an outlet box,
which is not supplied with the product.
Product Usage Instructions
- Pass the supply wires from the outlet box down through the hole
in the center of the mounting plate [G] and attach the mounting
plate to the outlet box [C] using the plate mounting screws [I].
The mounting plate can be adjusted to suit the position of the
fixture. - Using the mounting plate as a template, mark the positions for
the two drywall anchors [F], one on each side of the mounting
plate. Carefully unscrew the plate mounting screws and remove the
mounting plate. - Use a 3/16 (4.76 mm) diameter drill bit to drill drywall anchor
holes into the ceiling. Tap two drywall anchors into drilled holes,
one on each side of the mounting plate. - Pass the supply wires from the outlet box down through the hole
in the center of the mounting plate and re-attach the mounting
plate to the outlet box using the plate mounting screws. - Secure the mounting plate to drywall anchors using the two wood
screws [E]. - Adjust each support cable [J] to the desired length. To shorten
the cable, push up on the cable at the cable strain relief [L] attached to the canopy [M] and push the cable into the canopy. To
lengthen the cable, push up on the cable strain relief and gently
pull down on the cable to the desired length. Adjust the length of
the power wire [K] simultaneously by gently pulling wire out of the
canopy or pushing wire into the canopy. - Cut fixture wires a minimum of 20 inches from the top edge of
the canopy. - Attach the safety cables [D] to the mounting plate or to the
inside of the outlet box and secure into place to prevent damage to
the wires during wiring. - Follow the grounding instructions based on whether the fixture
has a mounting plate with a hole and two raised dimples or a cupped
washer provided. - Make wire connections based on the chart provided. Connect
black or red supply wire to black and white supply wire to white.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Pass supply wires from outlet box down through hole in center of mounting plate and attach mounting plate[G] to outlet box[C] using the plate mounting screws[I]. Mounting plate can be adjusted to suit position of fixture.
2. Using the mounting plate as a template, mark the positions for the two (2) drywall anchors[F], one on each side of the mounting plate. Carefully unscrew plate mounting screws and remove plate mounting screws and mounting plate.

5. Secure mounting plate to drywall anchors using the two (2) wood screws[E].
6. Adjust each support cable[J] to the desired length. To shorten the cable, push up on the cable at the cable strain relief[L] attached to the canopy[M] and push cable into canopy. To lengthen the cable, push up on the cable strain relief and gently pull down on the cable to the desired length. Adjust the length of the power wire[K] simultaneously by gently pulling wire out of canopy or pushing wire into canopy.
7. Cut fixture wires a MINIMUM of 20 inches from the top edge of canopy.
8. Attach the safety cables[D] to the mounting plate or to the inside of the outlet box and secure into place to prevent damage to the wires during wiring.
9. Grounding instructions: (See Illus. a or b).
a. On fixtures where mounting plate is provided with a hole and two raised dimples, wrap ground wire from outlet box around green ground screw, and thread into hole.
b. On fixtures where a cupped washer is provided, attach ground wire from outlet box under cupped washer and green ground screw, and thread into mounting plate.
If fixture is provided with ground wire, connect fixture ground wire to outlet box ground wire with wire connector after following the above steps. Never connect ground wire to black or white power supply wires.

11. Raise canopy to ceiling, carefully aligning mounting screw holes in sides of canopy with threaded holes in sides of mounting plate.
NOTE: Make sure wires do not get pinched between mounting plate and canopy or canopy and ceiling.
12. While holding canopy in place, thread in four (4) mounting screws[H] into holes to secure canopy. Tighten to secure.
13. Slide candle sleeves[B] down over the sockets[N] of the main body[A]. Repeat for all sockets.
14. Install the recommended bulbs (not supplied).

INSTRUCTIONS D’INSTALLATION
1. Faites passer les fils d’alimentation de la boîte de sortie dans le trou au centre de la plaque de montage et installez la plaque de montage[G] sur la boîte de sortie[C] à l’aide des vis de montage de la plaque[I]. Vous pouvez régler la plaque de montage en fonction de la position du luminaire.
2. En vous servant de la plaque de montage comme gabarit, marquez les emplacements des deux (2) ancrages pour cloisons sèches[F], un sur chaque côté de la plaque de montage. Dévissez soigneusement les vis de montage de la plaque et retirez les vis de montage de la plaque puis la plaque de montage.
3. Utilisez un foret de 3/16 po (4,76 mm) de diamètre (non fourni) pour percer des trous d’ancrage pour cloison sèche dans le plafond. Placez deux (2) ancrages pour cloisons sèches dans les trous percés, un sur chaque côté de la plaque de montage.
4. Acheminez les fils d’alimentation de la boîte de sortie dans le trou au centre de la plaque de montage et réinstallez la plaque de montage[G] sur la boîte de sortie[C] à l’aide des vis de montage de la plaque[I].
5. Fixez la plaque de montage aux ancrages pour cloisons sèches à l’aide de deux (2) vis à bois[E].
6. Ajustez tous les câbles de support[J] à la longueur souhaitée. Pour raccourcir le câble, appuyez sur le câble au niveau du serre-câble[L] fixé sur le cache[M] et enfoncez le câble dans le cache. Pour allonger le câble, appuyez sur le serre-câble et tirez soigneusement sur le câble jusqu’à ce qu’il atteigne la longueur souhaitée. Ajustez simultanément la longueur du câble d’alimentation[K] en tirant soigneusement le fil hors du cache ou en poussant le fil dans le cache.
7. Coupez les fils du luminaire à 50 cm MINIMUM du bord supérieur du cache.
8. Fixez les câbles de sécurité[D] à la plaque de montage ou à l’intérieur de la boîte de sortie et sécurisez pour ne pas endommager les fils pendant le câblage.
9. Connecter les fils. Se reporter au tableau ci-dessous pour faire les connexions.

10. Soulevez le cache en direction du plafond en alignant soigneusement les trous des vis de montage sur les côtés du cache avec les trous filetés sur les côtés de la plaque de montage.
REMARQUE : S’assurer que les fils ne se coincent pas entre la plaque de montage et le cache ou le cache et le plafond.
11. Tout en maintenant le cache, serrez les quatre (4) vis de montage[H] dans les trous pour fixer le cache. Serrez pour fixer.
12. Passez les manchons de bougie[B] sur les douilles[N] de l’ensemble principal[A]. Répétez l’opération pour les autres douilles.
13. Installez les ampoules recommandées (non fournies).

INSTRUCCIONES DE INSTALACIÓN
1. Pase los cables de suministro desde la caja de salida hacia abajo a través del orificio en el centro de la placa de montaje y fije la placa de montaje[G] a la caja de salida[C] utilizando los tornillos de montaje de la placa[I]. La placa de montaje puede ajustarse para adaptarse a la posición del artefacto.
2. Utilizando la placa de montaje como plantilla, marque las posiciones para los dos (2) anclajes para paneles de yeso[F], uno a cada lado de la placa de montaje. Desenrosque con cuidado los tornillos de montaje de la placa y retire los tornillos y la placa de montaje.
3. Utilice una broca de 3/16″ (4,76 mm) de diámetro (no suministrada) para perforar los orificios de anclaje en el techo. Introduzca dos (2) anclajes para paneles de yeso en los orificios perforados, uno de cada lado de la placa de montaje.
4. Pase los cables de suministro desde la caja de salida hacia abajo a través del orificio en el centro de la placa de montaje y vuelva a fijar la placa de montaje[G] a la caja de salida[C] utilizando los tornillos de montaje de la placa[I].
5. Fije la placa de montaje a los anclajes para paneles de yeso utilizando los dos (2) tornillos para madera[E].
6. Ajuste cada cable de soporte[J] a la longitud deseada. Para acortar el cable, empuje hacia arriba el cable en el alivio de tensión[L] unido a la cubierta[M] y empuje el cable hacia la cubierta. Para alargar el cable, empuje hacia arriba en el alivio de tensión y jale suavemente hacia abajo el cable hasta alcanzar la longitud deseada. Ajuste la longitud del cable de alimentación[K] simultáneamente jalando suavemente el cable hacia afuera de la cubierta o empujando el cable hacia adentro de la cubierta.
7. Corte los cables del artefacto a un MÍNIMO de 20 pulgadas desde el borde superior de la cubierta.
8. Fije los cables de seguridad[D] a la placa de montaje o al interior de la caja de salida y asegúrelos en su lugar para evitar que se dañen los cables durante el cableado.
9. Instrucciones de conexión a tierra solamente para los Estados Unidos. (Vea la ilustracion a o b).
a. En las lámparas que tienen la placa de montaje con un agujero y dos hoyuelos realzados, enrollar el alambre a tierra de la caja de salida alrededor del tornillo verde y pasarlo por el aquiero.
b. En las lámparas con una arandela acopada, fijar el alambre a tierra de la caja de salida del ajo de la arandela acoada y tornillo verde, y paser por a placa de montaje.
Si la lámpara viene con alambre a tierra, conecter el alambre a tierra de la lámpara al alambre a tierra de la caja de salida con un conector de alambres espués de seguir los pasos anteriores. Nunca conectar el alambra a tierra a los alambres eléctros negro o blanco.

11. Levante la cubierta hasta el techo, alineando con cuidado los orificios de los tornillos de montaje en los lados de la cubierta con los orificios roscados en los lados de la placa de montaje.
NOTA: Asegúrese de que los cables no queden apretados entre la placa de montaje y la cubierta o la cubierta y el techo.
12. Mientras sostiene la cubierta en su lugar, enrosque cuatro (4) tornillos de montaje[H] en los orificios para asegurar la cubierta. Apriete para asegurar.
13. Deslice los protectores de velas[B] hacia abajo sobre los portalámparas[N] del cuerpo principal[A]. Repita la operación con todos los portalámparas.
14. Instale los focos recomendados (no suministrados).
