Product Information
The 10W AC-DC PCB-Mount Green Power Module is from the IRM-10 series and is designed to provide efficient power conversion. The product is certified with LPS and UL62368-1 safety standards and has been tested for Bauart gepruft Sicherheit. It is also compliant with BS EN/EN62368-1, R33100 RoHS, TPTC004, and IEC62368-1 standards. The product has a compact size of 1.8”x1” and can handle universal input voltage ranging from 85~305VAC. The product has a no-load power consumption feature that makes it energy-efficient.
Product Usage Instructions
To use the 10W AC-DC PCB-Mount Green Power Module, follow the below steps:
- Ensure that the power module is mounted on a PCB board using the recommended mounting guidelines.
- Connect the input voltage source ranging from 85~305VAC to the module’s input terminals.
- Connect the output terminals of the module to the load device that requires power.
- Power on the input voltage source and verify that the load device is receiving power.
Note: The no-load power consumption feature ensures that the module does not consume any power when there is no load connected to its output terminals.

Description
IRM-10 is a 10W miniature (45.7*25.4*21.5mm) AC-DC module-type power supply, ready to be soldered onto the PCB boards of various kinds of electronic instruments or industrial automation equipment. This product allows the universal input voltage range of 85~305VAC. The 94 V-0 flame retardant plastic case and potted with silicone enhance the heat dissipation and meet the anti-vibration demand up to 5G; moreover, it provides the fundamental resistance to dust and moisture. With the high efficiency up to 82% and the extremely low no-load power consumption below 0.1W, IRM-10 series fulfills the worldwide regulation for the low power consumption requirement for electronics. The entire series is a Class II design (no F pin), incorporating the built-in MI filtering components, enabling the compliance with BS EN/EN55032 Class B; the supreme MC features keep the end electronic units from electromagnetic interference.
