If you are experiencing streaks on your floor while cleaning, follow these steps to resolve:
Note: It is not recommended to use the CrossWave on any waxed floors
- Check you are using the correct BISSELL formula and filling to the appropriate fill lines indicated on the tank > Go to Parts & Supplies to order formula
- Too much water may have been left on the floor
- Go over area without pressing trigger to suction up any residual water
- Put machine in hard floor mode, this mode will dispense less solution than area rug mode
- Remove and clean filter and filter screen under warm water
- Allow to fully dry before reassembling
- Clean your brush roll window, brush roll, brush ends, brush gears, and brush housing > Go to Brush Not Turning for steps
- We recommend using our wood floor formula to prevent streaking, along with the Wood Floor Brush Roll
