Notice: This light fixture should be installed in accordance
with all applicable, local installation codes. It should be
installed by a person familiar with the construction and operation
of the fixture and the hazards involved. Inspect the item and
contents carefully. If any damage or defect is found, do not
install. Retain all packaging material until installation is
complete and approved.
Product Usage Instructions:
- Tools Required (Not Included): Scissors
- Carefully remove all parts from the box and place them on a
clean, soft surface. - Thread shade riser (D) to the top of the fixture.
- Remove finial (A) from shade riser (D).
- Remove shade (C) from packaging and install it to shade riser
(D) by securing it with metal diffuser (B) and finial (A). If the
shade has additional packaging, carefully cut it off from the
interior of the shade to avoid damages. - Install light bulbs into the sockets.
- Remove the protective cover (E) from the plug.
- Plug the lamp into an electrical outlet.
- Test the fixture to ensure it is functioning properly.
Care Instructions:
Clean the lamp only with a soft dry cloth or feather duster. Do
not use abrasive or chemical agents.

TOOLS REQUIRED (NOT INCLUDED): Scissors
1. Carefully remove all parts from the box. Place on a clean, soft surface. 2. Thread shade riser (D) to the top of fixture. 3. Remove finial (A) from shade riser (D). 4. Remove shade (C) from packaging and install to shade riser (D) and
secure with metal diffuser (B) and finial (A). NOTE: If shade has additional packaging, carefully cut off from interior of shade to avoid damages. 5. Install light bulbs into the sockets. 6. Remove protective cover (E) from plug. 7. Plug into electrical outlet and test the fixture.
