Dear Sirs,
Our products with the above FCC ID code are field disturbance sensors.
The product will be installed in cars by our customer HKMC before they will be placed on the market.
Hereby we assure you that the following caution statement as per CFR 47, Part 15, § 15.21 will be included in the owner’s manual of the cars:
The title “CAUTION TO USERS” or “FCC Warning:” “NOTE:” or relevant title and “Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user’s
authority to operate the equipment.”
In addition, our client also assures us that the following statement will be included in the manual as per CFR 47, Part 15, § 15.19 (a) (3).
This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions:

1. this device may not cause harmful interference, and
2. this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause
   undesired operation.

In order to comply with FCC/ISED/MIC RF Exposure requirements, this device must be installed to provide at least 20 cm separation from the human body at all times.
