To change your belts and brushes, follow these steps:
- Turn off and unplug machine
- Remove both tanks
- Press the recline pedal and lay machine on its back
- Use a flathead screwdriver to lift and remove the Belt Access Door over the back wheel

- If Flat Pump Belt under door is damaged or broken, it will need to be replaced > Go to Parts & Supplies
- Belt should loop around red area of large pulley and metal axel in back

- Turn machine on its side so power button is facing up
- Remove 3 screws on the Brush Access Plate using a Phillips screwdriver to expose the brush cover and Large Pump Belt

- Brush cover can be removed by lifting straight up
- The brushes should spin together – of only one spins, the small Cogged Brush Belt will need to be replaced > Go to Parts & Supplies
- Place belt around both brush gears and slide onto the thin metal axles

- Cogged Large Pump Belt should be wrapped around back brush gears and small, metal toothed pulley
- If belt is stretched or broken, a new one will be needed > Go to Parts & Supplies

- Return the brush cover making sure the brushes are aligned and the cover is secure

- Return the Brush Access Plate to end of brush rolls and secure with 3 screws
- Turn machine over to lay on its back and slide Belt Access Door back into place
- It should “click” into place
