Product Usage Instructions:
Step 1: Begin by assembling the deck. Use the following
components:
– Right Front Upright: Place one piece measuring 1 3/8×3 3/8×62 3/8
(36x86x1584).
– Right Rear Upright: Place one piece measuring 1 3/8×3 3/8×62 3/8
(36x86x1584).
– Floor Rail: Attach one piece measuring 1×3 3/8×54 7/8
(24x86x1394).
– Ground Board: Secure one piece measuring 1×5 1/4×54 7/8
(24x134x1394).
– Floor Support Block: Place two pieces measuring 1×3 3/8×3 3/8
(24x86x86).
Step 2: Use the provided bolts, screws, washers, and T-nuts to
secure the components together. Refer to the following
quantities:
– Bolt WH BLK 5/16×3 1/4: Quantity x2.
– Bolt WH BLK 5/16×2-1/4: Quantity x4.
– Screw PFH BLK 8×2 1/4: Quantity x2.
– Washer Lock Ext BLK 8×19: Quantity x6.
– T-Nut BLK 5/16: Quantity x8.
Step 3: Take note of the hole locations for proper installation.
Refer to the provided diagrams.
Step 4: Once the deck assembly is complete, proceed to assemble the
playhouse. Use the following component:
– Window Shelf: Attach two pieces measuring 5/8×2 3/8×19 1/8
(16x60x485).
Step 5: Secure the playhouse components using screws. Use the
following:
– Screw PFH BLK 8×1-1/4: Quantity x2.
Step 6: Ensure all surfaces are flush and aligned properly.
