XCD-90B Changing Door Hinge
XCD-90B Door Hinge Change Instructions
The XCD-90B refrigerator door hinge can be changed from left to
right hinge. The following instructions explain the process for
changing the door hinge:
Part List
- A: Upper right hinge
- B: Left handle assembly
- C: Right trim panel
- D: Fixing screw of the upper left hinge
- E: Right handle assembly
- F: Left trim panel
- G: Decoration box
- H: Handle lock of the control panel
- I: Left lower hinge
- J: Right lower hinge
Instructions:
- Remove the fixing screw of the upper left hinge D and remove
the door. - Remove right handle assembly E and left trim panel F of the
door. Then install the corresponding left handle assembly B and
right trim panel C of the door. Put the door in place for
subsequent installation. - Remove the decoration box G and handle lock H of the control
panel. Then install them to the corresponding position on the other
side of control panel. - Install the upper right hinge C onto the right side of the
cabinet. - Put the cabinet down. Remove the left lower hinge I and right
lower hinge J. - Place the door with replaced handle and trim panel onto the
cabinet. Install the lower left hinge I and the lower right hinge J
after the door is put in the center of the cabinet. Do not forget
to install the nylon gasket on the hinge shaft, otherwise the door
will be sagging. - After installing the door, stand the cabinet up. Then check
whether the door handle and lock fit properly and whether the door
seal is tight. The replacement of door hinge is completed if there
is no problem with the above inspection.
Note: The above instructions are provided for changing the door
hinge of XCD-90B from left to right hinge. The process for changing
the door hinge from right to left hinge will be the reverse of this
process.
Operation instruction for changing door hinge of XCD-90B (changing from left to right hinge)
1. Part list required to change the door hinge
A: upper right hinge B: left handle assembly C:right trim panel

2. Remove the fixing screw of the upper left hinge D and remove the door

3. Remove right handle assembly E and left trim panel F of the door. Then install the corresponding left handle assembly B and right trim panel C of the door. Put the door in place for subsequent installation.

4. Remove the decoration box G and the handle lock H of the control panel. Then install them to the
corresponding position on the other side of control panel.

5. Install the upper right hinge C onto the right side of the cabinet.

6. Put the cabinet down. Remove the left lower hinge I and right lower hinge J. 7. Place the door with replaced handle and trim panel onto the cabinet. Install the lower left hinge I and the lower right hinge J after the door is put in the center of the cabinet. Do not forget to install the nylon gasket
on the hinge shaft, otherwise the door will be sagging.

8. After installing the door, stand the cabinet up. Then check whether the door handle and lock fit properly and whether the door seal is tight. The replacement of door hinge is completed if there is no problem with the above inspection.
