REAR SWING ARM „KREUZFEUER“

MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS:
Lift up the bike on the rear frame until rear wheel lost contact to the floor. Make sure the bike is secure and there is no danger!
Remove the rear wheel axle, the rear wheel, the rear brake system, the belt guard and the bolt of the rear shock absorber.
Remove the OEM swing arm. The OEM swing arm axle, the spacer (B) and the bolt of the shock absorber (C) will be used later!
Mount the new swing arm into the frame and mount the spacer (B) between the left frame and the swing arm bearing.
Insert the swing arm axle from the right side.
Mount the nut (A) to the swingarm axle (Torque: 210Nm).
Mount the bolt of rear shock absorber (C) with 60Nm torque.
Tighten the bolt (D) 15Nm torque then.
Attention: When using the OEM brake system please mount the adapter for braking bracket (E). Tighten it with 25Nm torque. Using the swingarm on FXDR with the OEM brake system a new braking armature is necessary!
Mount the belt to the rear pulley, then mount the rear wheel and the brake system.
Tighten the rear wheel axle (F) with 50Nm torque.
Use Loctite when mounting the bolt of rear wheel axle!
Tension the belt according to the manufacturer instructions!
Mount the belt guard.
Check the function and bleed the brake system, if necessary!
