The Black 47 x 47 Corner Electric Desk (SKU: DESK-E1L94B) is an
electrically powered desk that comes with a variety of components
to ensure its stability and functionality. The desk has a weight
capacity of 154lbs (70kg) and comes with a control panel and AC
adapter for its electrical power. The desk also features feet,
crossbars, side brackets, and connecting plates that are assembled
using screws and wrenches provided in the package. The desk also
includes anti-vibration pads to minimize any movement or noise
while in use.
Product Usage Instructions
Before assembling or using the Black 47 x 47 Corner Electric
Desk, please read the electrical safety instructions provided in
the manual carefully. It is important to ensure that the power is
disconnected before cleaning or disassembling any components.
Assembly Steps
- Assemble the left crossbar (F) to the left leg (K) and the
right crossbar (G) to the right leg (J) using M6x11mm screws (S-B)
and 5mm Allen wrench (T-B). - Mount the left side bracket (L) to the left leg (K) and the
right side bracket (M) to the right leg (J) using M6x11mm screws
(S-B) and 5mm Allen wrench (T-B). - Connect the feet (S) to the right leg (J) and left leg (K)
using M6x35mm screws (S-C) and 5mm Allen wrench (T-B). Ensure that
the feet are installed offset, with the longer ends lining up with
side brackets (L, M). - Use the crossbar connector (H) to connect the left crossbar (F)
and right crossbar (G) using M6x11mm screws (S-B) and 5mm Allen
wrench (T-B). - Flip the assembly over. Loosen the knob on sync rod (D) and
extend the hex shaft. Insert the hex shaft into the left leg (K),
making sure the metal retaining ring makes 1 contact with the leg.
While holding the hex shaft with one hand, extend sync rod (D) onto
the spline shaft of right leg (J). Tighten the set screw on sync
rod (D) using 2mm Allen wrench (T-A). Retighten the knob. - Insert anti-vibration pads (T) into the frame assembly as shown
below. - Assemble the left panel (A), middle panel (B), and right panel
(C) using connecting plates (E) with M5x16mm screws (S-A) and a
Phillips screwdriver.
Once assembled, ensure that the desk is placed on a flat and
stable surface. Connect the AC adapter to power up the desk. Use
the control panel to adjust the height of the desk according to
your preference. Do not exceed the weight capacity of the desk. If
any components are damaged, contact the seller to replace them.

ASSEMBLY STEPS
STEP 1

STEP 5
Flip assembly over. Loosen the knob on Sync Rod (D) and extend the hex shaft. Insert the hex shaft into Left Leg (K), making sure the metal retaining ring makes 1 contact with the leg. While holding the hex shaft with one hand, extend Sync Rod (D) onto the spline shaft of Right Leg (J). Tighten the set screw on Sync Rod (D) using 2mm Allen Wrench (T-A). Retighten the knob.

Assemble Left Panel (A), Middle Panel (B), and Right Panel (C) using Connecting Plates (E) with M5x16mm Screws (S-A), and a Phillips screwdriver.

Attach desk frame assembly to desktop assembly using M5x16mm Screws (S-A) and a Phillips screwdriver. Next, attach Shelf Brackets (P), Hooks (Q), and Control Panel (O) to desktop using M5x16mm Screws (S-A) and a Phillips screwdriver.

STEP 9
Connect AC Adapter (N) and the cable from Right Leg (J) to Control Panel (O). Remove Use Cable Clips (U) to manage cables.

For added stability, Foot Extensions (R) can be added to the back of Feet (S). To do, remove the pads from the Feet (S), as shown below. Install Foot Extensions (R) with M8x16mm Screws (S-D) and 5mm Allen Wrench (T-B).

Turn desk assembly over and hook Shelf (I) onto Shelf Brackets (P). Place Cable Management Covers (V) into desktop holes, as shown below.

CAUTION!
Do not exceed desk weight limit.
Keep area of vertical motion free of obstacles.
Keep weight on desk balanced for correct operation and longer life of components.
Leave enough slack in cables to allow for full range of vertical motion.
Failure to follow these instructions may result in property damage and/or personal injury.
