Product Information

The Black Electric Single Motor Desk Frame (SKU: DESK-V100EB) is
a high-quality desk frame that allows you to adjust the height of
your desk with an electric motor. The desk frame has a weight
capacity of 176lbs (80kg) and comes with a sync rod, foot, side
brackets, and a crossbar. The desk frame also includes a controller
and an AC adapter for easy use. The product is covered by a
warranty, and customer support is available to help with any
issues.

Product Usage Instructions

Before beginning assembly, check that all parts are included
and in good condition.
Use the Phillips screwdriver, drill, and level to assemble the
desk frame according to the instructions provided.
Start by installing the crossbar. Loosen the screws on the
crossbar using the 5mm Allen wrench, extend it, then tighten the
screws again. Mount the crossbar to the leg and motorized leg using
M8x50mm screws and the 5mm Allen wrench.
Attach the foot and side brackets to the leg and motorized leg
using M6x35mm screws and the wrench provided.
Attach the sync rod to the leg and motorized leg using M8x16mm
screws.
Attach the controller to the desk frame using ST4.2x15mm
screws.
Attach the cable clips to the desk frame using M8x16mm
screws.
Plug in the AC adapter and use the controller to adjust the
height of your desk as desired.
If any parts are missing or damaged, contact customer support
within 30 days of product delivery for a replacement.
Do not exceed the weight capacity of the desk frame to avoid
serious injury.

ASSEMBLY STEPS
STEP 1: Install Crossbar
Loosen screws on Crossbar (F) using 5mm Allen Wrench (T-A), extend, and then re-tighten screws. Mount Crossbar (F) to Leg (A) and Motorized Leg (B) using M8x50mm Screws (S-A) and 5mm Allen Wrench (T-A).

STEP 2: Install Feet
Turn desk frame over and place Feet (C) on Leg (A) and Motorized Leg (B). Secure using M6x35mm Screws (S-B) and 5mm Allen Wrench (T-A).

STEP 3: Attach Side Brackets
Return desk frame upright and attach Side Brackets (E) to Leg (B) and Motorized Leg (C) using M8x16mm Screws (S-B) and 5mm Allen Wrench (T-A).

STEP 4: Adjust Desk Frame Width & Secure Frame to Desktop
Place frame assembly upside down on the desktop. Loosen the screws on Crossbar (F) using 5mm Allen Wrench (T-A). Extend frame to fit the desktop, and then re-tighten screws.

STEP 5: Install Sync Rod
Loosen the knobs on Sync Rod (E). Insert the hex shaft into Leg (A) until it reaches the notch. While holding the hex shaft, extend Sync Rod (E) onto the hex shaft of Motorized Leg (B) until it reaches the retainer. Re-tighten the knobs.
NOTE: Hand tightening is recommended for the knobs on Sync Rod (E), but Wrench (T-B) has been provided if needed.

STEP 6: Mount & Connect Controller
Mount Controller (G) to the desktop using ST4.2x15mm Screws (S-D) and a Phillips screwdriver.

Connect cord from Motorized Leg (B) to Controller (G), then connect Controller (G) cord to AC Adapter (H) as shown.

STEP 7: Install Cable Clips & Hooks
Manage cables using Cable Management Clips (S-E). Install Hooks (K) by pinching sides and inserting into small notch of Side Brackets (D).

STEP 8: Connect Power
Plug AC Adapter (H) into an AC outlet. Follow the reset process to initialize the desk (pg 10). The desk is now ready for use.

TROUBLESHOOTING
DESCRIPTION No response while pressing button
The desktop cannot be lifted
Duty cycle exceeded (max. 2min operating)

RESOLUTION
Check to make sure all cables are fully connected. If cables are good, perform reset.
Make sure the desktop and other items do not exceed the weight limit (154lbs).
Allow desk to rest for 30 minutes.

Reset Process
· Press and hold the up and down arrows until the red light between buttons turns on. · Press and hold the down arrow. The desk will lower to the lowest point and then raise to the
home position. Continue to hold the down arrow until the desk stops moving and the red light turns off.
