ASSEMBLY STEPS:
STEP 1:
Loosely assemble the Telescopic Cross Bar Set (A) making sure
the locking holes are facing up as shown below. Partially insert
M6x8 bolts (J) into the locking holes using Allen Wrench (T),
making sure the Cross Bar is still able to slide freely.
STEP 2:
Attach Cross Bar (A) to both the Motorized Leg (B) and
Non-motorized Leg (C) using M6x10 bolts (K), making sure the
locking bolts are still facing up on the Cross Bar. Tighten with
Allen Wrench (T).
STEP 3:
Attach Side Brackets (D) to both ends of the frame using M6x10
bolts (K). Tighten with Allen Wrench (T).
STEP 4:
Place a foot (E) on each leg as shown below. Attach each foot
using M6x30 bolt (L). Tighten with Allen Wrench (T).
STEP 5:
Attach the Cable Clip (P) to the underside of the Cross Bar (A)
using ST4.8×16 bolts (H), and then attach the AC Adapter (N) to the
Cable Clip (P) using ST2.9×15 bolts (I).
STEP 6:
Insert one of the Sync Rod Hex Shafts (G) through the motor and
into the Motorized Leg (B). NOTE: If the hex does not line up with
the leg, temporarily plug the Motorized Leg (B) and the AC Adapter
(N) into the Controller (M) (see step 10 for details). Then, while
pushing on the hex shaft, very briefly press the up and down arrows
(alternating between the two buttons so the legs will still be even
when assembled) until the shaft slides into the leg.
STEP 7:
Loosen the preinstalled set screws on the Sync Rod Center Shaft
(F) using Allen Wrench (S). Slide the Sync Rod Center Shaft (F)
onto the installed motor Sync Rod Hex Shaft (G) as far as it will
go. Then install the second Sync Rod Hex Shaft (G) into the Sync
Rod Center Shaft (F). Then slide the second Hex Shaft into the
Non-motorized Leg (C).
NOTE: If the hex does not line up with the leg, temporarily plug
the motorized leg (B) and the AC Adapter (N) into the Controller
(M) (see step 10 for details). Then, while pushing on the shaft,
very briefly press the up and down arrows (alternating between the
two buttons so the legs will still be even when assembled) until
the shaft slides into the leg.
STEP 8:
Center the Sync Rod Center Shaft (F) so it rests evenly on both
Sync Rod Hex Shafts (G). When in place, tighten the preinstalled
set screws using the smaller Allen Wrench (S). Note: Be sure not to
pull out the hex shafts from either leg.
STEP 9:
Attach Screw-on Eyelets (Q) to both ends of the frame using
ST4.8×16 bolts (H).
STEP 10:
Attach the Controller (M) to the frame using ST4.8×16 bolts (H).
Plug in the AC Adapter (N) and Power Cord (O) to an electrical
outlet. Connect the Motorized Leg (B) and Non-motorized Leg (C) to
the Controller (M) using the cables provided and secure them with
Zipties (R).
NOTE: Please refer to the user manual for
detailed instructions on how to use the controller to adjust the
desk frame height.
