Product Information: LED Recessed Downlights

The LED Recessed Downlights are available in four different
models: VECORDL6, VECORDL12, VECORDL18, and VECORDL24. These
downlights are designed to provide energy-efficient lighting
solutions for various indoor settings.

The downlights come with various components, including a control
gear LED driver, light guide plate, LED tape, diffuser, body
casting, and reflector assembly. The materials used for these
components vary, with some made of stainless steel, aluminum
casting, and polycarbonate.

Product Usage Instructions: Disassembly

Before disassembling the LED Recessed Downlights, ensure that
the fitting is disconnected from the mains power source.

Remove the control gear LED driver by removing both connection
covers using a screwdriver.
Remove the mains cable by pressing the terminal release
tabs.
Remove the LED output cable by pressing the terminal release
tabs.
Twist the plug/socket anticlockwise to release the LED
driver.
Lift out and remove the light guide plate and LED tape from the
diffuser by removing the springs and fixing screws to take off the
rear cover.
Lift out and remove the reflector assembly.
Unsolder the connector lead from the LED tape.

After disassembling the downlights, you can replace or repair
any damaged components as needed. To reassemble, follow the
disassembly steps in reverse order.
