- If the suction level lights are blinking simultaneously, this indicates there is a clog and there is no suction
- Look at the extension wand and handle for clogs
- Clogs in the extension wand may be removed by pushing a broom stick through wand and/or pushing something flexible with blunt edges through the handle
- Be sure not to use anything that may scratch any of the components
- Inspect the post-motor filter at the back of the machine for clogs
- The Post-motor filter is not washable and should be replaced when dirty
- Push the tab on the filter door down and remove filter door
- Look at the extension wand and handle for clogs
