934-407 LCV Jumpy Expert Fixation Kit

Product Information

The product is a kit of supports for LCV (light commercial
vehicles) with a lot number of 01-18 and a weight of 3.30 kg. The
maximum weight capacity of the product is 150 kg. The product has

Product Usage Instructions

1. Check the package content before proceeding with the
   assembly.
2. Assemble the 50×30 mm and 52×35 mm aluminum pieces according to
   the instructions given in steps 3-7.
3. Combine (813-073) and (012-235) or (012-232) or (012-233) as
   per step 4, using a torque wrench to tighten the bolts to 6
   Nm.
4. Repeat step 3 for all six sets of (813-073) and (012-235) or
   (012-232) or (012-233).
5. Attach (805-027), (810-095), and (810-181) to the assembled
   aluminum pieces as per step 6, using a torque wrench to tighten the
   bolts to 5 Nm.
6. Attach (831) and (832) to the assembled pieces as per step 7,
   using a torque wrench to tighten the bolts to 5 Nm.
7. Attach (833), (834), and (835) to the assembled pieces as per
   step 8, using a torque wrench to tighten the bolts to 5 Nm.
8. If the optional part (941-109) is required, attach it to the
   assembled pieces as per step 9, using a torque wrench to tighten
   the bolts to 5 Nm.
9. Attach (813-073) and (012-235) or (012-232) or (012-233) to the
   assembled pieces as per step 10, using a torque wrench to tighten
   the bolts to 5 Nm.
10. Attach (813-073) and (012-235) or (012-232) or (012-233) to the
    assembled pieces as per step 11, using a torque wrench to tighten
    the bolts to 5 Nm.
11. Repeat steps 8-10 for the remaining assembled pieces.
12. Attach (805-027), (810-095), and (810-181) to the assembled
    aluminum pieces as per step 13, using a torque wrench to tighten
    the bolts to 5 Nm.
13. Attach (831) and (832) to the assembled pieces as per step 14,
    using a torque wrench to tighten the bolts to 5 Nm.
14. Attach (833), (834), and (835) to the assembled pieces as per
    step 14, using a torque wrench to tighten the bolts to 5 Nm.
