If you are experiencing Leaking or Puddling, follow these steps to resolve:
- Always use the correct amount of BISSELL Formula and Water in the wet tank as directed by the fill lines on the tank
- Using just water or the incorrect formula will cause puddling and will affect the flow rate of your robot
- Remove Water Tank
- When transporting the water tank, keep it level
- Twist and remove water tank cap
- Fill water tank with water & BISSELL formula
- Put water tank cap back onto machine twisting into place
- Re-seat the water tank back into the robot until it clicks into place
