1 - PROGRAMME SELECTOR DIAL & ON/OFF SWITCH
Allows you to select a programme and/or to switch the machine on/off. It can be turned either clockwise or anticlockwise.
2 - SPIN REDUCTION BUTTON
Press the spin button repeatedly to change the spin speed to a speed different from the one suggested by the washer/dryer or to select the ‘NO SPIN’ or the ‘RINSE HOLD’ option. The relevant light will light up
3 - OPTIONS BUTTON
By pressing this button you can select one of the following options: Pre-wash, Intensive, Super Quick. The relevant light will light up.
4 - EXTRA RINSE BUTTON
By pressing this button the machine will perform additional rinses
5 - DISPLAY
The display shows information about the programme: duration of the selected programme, selected drying time, incorrect option selection, alarm codes, heating phase, child safety lock and end of programme
6 - START/PAUSE BUTTON
This will start the selected programme and you can also PAUSE a programme by pressing this button
7 - DRYING TIME BUTTON
By pressing this button you can select a timed programme for cotton or synthetics, the relevant light will illuminate
8 - PROGRAMME PROGRESS DISPLAY
The different pilot lights illuminate during the washing phase, the drying phase and at the end of the cycle

Programme Information
| ECO PROGRAMMES | This programme can be selected for slightly or normally soiled cotton items. The temperature will decrease and the washing time will be extended. This obtains a good washing efficiency by saving energy |
| WOOL & HANDWASH | Washing programme for machine washable wool as well as for hand washable woollens and delicate fabrics with the hand wash care symbol |
| SILK | Delicate washing programme suitable for silk and mixed synthetics. Washing temperature is only 30°C. The maximum spin speed is automatically reduced to 700rpm |
| EASY IRON | On this programme laundry is gently washed and spun to avoid creasing, thereby making ironing easier. |
| MINI 30 | This is a special programme at 30°C, suitable for laundry to be freshened up |
| RINSE | Use this programme to rinse and spin cotton garments which have been washed by hand. The machine performs 3 rinses, followed by a final spin at maximum speed. The spin can be reduced by pressing the spin button. |

Operating sequence
- Load the laundry
- Measure out detergent - Pour required amount of detergent into main wash compartment
. If you wish to carry out a prewash, pour detergent into prewash compartment 
. - Measure out fabric softener - If required pour fabric softener into compartment marked
, without exceeding MAX level. - Switch the machine on - the display will show a blinking zero or three blinking dashes.
- Select desired programme/fabric - Once a programme is selected, the relevant phase indicator lights will come on and the duration of the programme will appear on the display.
- Select temperature - The appliance will suggest a temperature for the programme, if you wish to change it press the temperature button.
- Select Spin Speed or Rinse Hold
- Select the desired Options
- Set the delay - Pressing the delay button repeatedly will increase the delay time, which will appear on the display for 3 seconds.
- Start the programme - press the Start/Pause button
How to change an option or programme during the cycle
First press the Start/Pause button. If the programme is running, you will have to cancel the programme and select a new one. The cycle will resume from the beginning and the water in the tub will not be emptied. If it is necessary to drain the water, press the Skip/Reset button repeatedly until only the Drain light is on, then re-start the machine.
How to cancel a programme during the cycle
Pause the machine with the Start/Pause button. Press the Skip/Reset button repeatedly until the display shows three blinking dashes.
How to open the door during the cycle of a programme
It is possible to open the door of the machine while it is paused providing;
- The machine is not in the heating phase beyond 55°C
- The water level is not too high
- The drum is not turning
Otherwise, if it is absolutely necessary to open the door, switch the machine off and wait 3 seconds. Be careful of the level and the temperature of the water in the machine! Upon restarting, the cycle will resume where it was interrupted.
End of programme
The machine stops automatically and the Start/Pause light goes off. If the Rinse Hold option was selected, the Rinse Hold light remains lit to indicate the water must be drained.
Drying
Drying 3kg of Cottons (which has just been washed)
- Load the laundry
- Turn the selector dial to ‘COTTONS’ programme in the ‘DRYING’ sector
- Depress the ‘DRYING TIME’ button until the time you want appears on the display
- Press the START/PAUSE button to start the programme
- At the end of the programme, the buzzer sounds. Three flashing zeros ‘0:00’ will appear on the display. At this point an ‘ANTI CREASE’ phase, which lasts for about 10 minutes, will start. The door can be opened only at the end of this phase.
- Turn the selector dial to the OFF position to switch the machine off. Remove the laundry
NOTE: If you wish to open the door before the anti crease phase or to interrupt it, press any key or turn the programme selector dial to any programme position (except OFF) and the door can then be opened immediately
Auto drying 2kg of synthetics (NON STOP programme)
For non-stop programmes it is essential that you do not exceed the maximum load sizes of 3kg for cotton and 2kg for synthetics
- Load the laundry
- Add detergent and fabric softener
- Switch the machine on by turning the selector dial to the selected wash programme/fabric
- Select the drying times
- Select the required options by using the relevant buttons. If possible do not select a spin speed lower than that suggested by the machine, to avoid too long a drying time.
- Start the programme by pressing the START/PAUSE button
- At the end of the programme, turn the selector dial to the OFF position to switch the machine off. Remove the laundry.
