Tronic Pro Electronic Lock

Product Information

The Tronic Pro is a product that requires assembly and comes
with a drilling template. It includes right and left hand doors and
is designed to be used with an 18mm panel thickness. The product
also includes accessories such as screws and a T20 Torx Security
screw.

Product Usage Instructions

  1. Start by assembling the right hand door. Use the drilling
    template provided to drill holes with a diameter of 2.5mm.
  2. Repeat step 1 for the left hand door.
  3. Attach the right door assembly using section A-A as a
    guide.
  4. Attach the left door assembly using section A-A as a
    guide.
  5. Connect the blue part of the right door to the side of the
    ledge. Ensure it is securely connected.
  6. Connect the blue part of the left door to the side of the
    ledge. Ensure it is securely connected.
  7. Verify that the cable is properly connected and straight at the
    bottom.
  8. Release the batteries by unscrewing the T20 Torx Security screw
    located on the opposite side of the battery case.
  9. Check that the batteries are correctly inserted according to
    the indicated polarity in the battery box.
  10. Ensure that the battery pack remains connected during the
    battery release process to avoid losing time configuration on the
    internal clock.
  11. Make sure not to fasten the screws too tight during
    assembly.

Note: Do not push any key during the wire assembly process.

IMPORTANT The battery pack must remain connected during the release of the batteries. Otherwise, the internal clock will lose the time configuration.

Important notes

Verify that the screws are not fastened too tight (<20kgf/cm2). 4
Verify that the latch works smoothly in and out, without any frinction with the door frame.

LED lights
ASSEMBLY
After introducing the correct code and pressing ENTER, the three LEDs blink at the same time (green-yellow-red) and the lock does not work.

Dead batteries: replace batteries.

After pressing any button the yellow LED blinks.

Dead or almost dead batteries: replace batteries.

Batteries
ASSEMBLY

1. Make sure the battery pack contains full powered batteries (don’t screw the battery pack too tight to avoid breaking the mechanism)
2. If the lock is closed, introduce the user code (or the master one) to open it.
3. Replace the old batteries for new ones and disconnect the battery pack.

Important

We suggest to change once every three years the batteries for ensure their good condition. After a long time, the batteries can deteriorate

and damage the lock, especially in hot environments
Do not clean the locks with cleaning

products with hydrochloric acid, lye or corrosive components, especially on the metallic parts.
