Product Usage Instructions:
1. Connect the appropriate cable or connector to the sensor based
on your application requirements. Use NPN cable models for
NPN-compatible devices and PNP cable models for PNP-compatible
devices. 2. Mount the emitter and receiver units in a suitable
position facing each other for through beam detection. Ensure that
there are no obstacles between the emitter and receiver. 3. For
polarized reflection detection, position the sensor to reflect the
light beam off a polarized surface and receive it back at the
receiver unit. 4. For diffuse reflection detection, position the
sensor to detect the presence or absence of an object based on the
reflected light from the surface of the object. 5. Adjust the
sensing distance according to your application needs. Use the
provided adjustment settings or refer to the user manual for
specific instructions on adjusting the sensing distance. 6. Ensure
that the spot diameter is suitable for your application. Adjust the
position of the sensor or use additional lenses or accessories if
necessary. 7. Take into consideration the hysteresis range to
prevent false triggering of the sensor due to small changes in the
detected object. 8. Consider the direction angle of the sensor and
position it accordingly to achieve optimal detection performance.
9. The light source of the sensor is built-in and does not require
any additional setup or maintenance. 10. Follow all safety
guidelines and precautions mentioned in the user manual for proper
installation and usage of the sensor. 11. For further assistance or

Precautions
*The data is the result of the PSE polarized reflection sensor with standard reflector OR12.
The maximum allowable voltage of the sensor is 10% of the rated voltage, Please confirm that the supply voltage is less than the maximum allowable value before powering on
The time from powering-on to normal detection of the sensor is 100ms, please ensure that the sensor is used after 100ms of powering-on
When using different power sources for the sensor and load, be sure to turn on the power of the sensor first
When the sensor is not used, it is recommended to cut off the power of the load first and then turn off the power of the sensor
When installing the sensor, do not subject the sensor to severe external force (such as hammering, etc.), which may damage the sensor performance
Avoid using thinner, alcohol or other organic solvents when cleaning

Button instruction
1.Press the button for the duration time “t”, if t<2s or t8s, the setting is invalid, NO/NC maintains in the original state, and the product distance maintains the original;
2.Put the product in face to the sensing object, and press the button for the duration “t”, if 2s t < 5s, the yellow and green lights flash synchronously at 4 Hz, when the button is released to finish distance setting. as shown in the following figure

Note: For distancing setting, if the distance between the sensing object and the sensor exceeds the detection ability of the product, in duration 2s t < 5s, the yellow and green lights flash synchronously at 4Hz, when the button is released to finish the distance setting but not successfully. If the yellow and green lights flash asynchronously at 8 Hz, meaning that the product distance setting fails, and the product distance is automatically set to the maximum value, as shown in the following figure:
